Ricky always there to help, always available, gave me some great advice and as soon as I started dealing with Ricky everything felt comfortable

Ricky at TK Property Group kept me well informed and was helpful at all times. Always replied quickly to messages. Highly recommended.

If you are looking to invest in property then I couldn't recommend TKProperty Group highly enough.

Ricky and the experienced team offer are responsive and highly professional service. I have previously worked with Ricky, Jay & Jon and found all to be friendly, approachable and are always on hand to give guidance as and when needed.

Jay has been a great help throughout my process of purchasing my first property! Thank you so much!

I’d highly recommend Ricky from TK Property Group. Very professional service and outstanding communication skills - it was a pleasure working with him!

I’d recommend connecting with Jay Kang from TK Property Group. He’ll respond immediately, send you all the information you need and go above and beyond to help you find your new home.

Would definetly recommend great guy to work with, very transparent and knowledgeable. Jay is our first point of contact for any properties. Keep up the good work 👏

I bought a property in Liverpool through Jay and now he's my go-to for any properties in Liverpool and Manchester. Very personable and knowledgeable. Great to work with and couldn't recommend him enough!

As international investors, we had an amazing experience with Jay Kang from TK property group. He very well understood our requirement and was very honest and crystal clear about all the facts. He got us the best possible deal that suited our budget and requirement. He was not pushy at all while we took our own good time in deciding on our investment. Always on top of things. Spot on with all his communication. I would highly recommend him and TK a property group!

I have been dealing with Mr Jay Kang for over 20 months. I have not met such an honest and professional agent in the last 11 years of my dealing with the property agents.

I bought an off plan property from TK and they were an amazing and professional company. Jay Kang took the time to discuss my actual requirements and managed to find me a property to perfectly reflect my needs, goals and budget. Extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend

Very professional and comfortable to work with, Ricky always had my best interests in mind when recommending various developments for my first purchase in, off plan property. Will definitely be working with them again

Just a short note to extend my appreciation and admiration of the attention and time Jay Kang at TK Property Group took in respect to my timely requirement for a studio/1 bedroom flat in Liverpool. I was doing so as a would-be owner occupier but I can also see how Jay and team would be an excellent partner for the majority who approach, particularly new build projects, for investment purposes.

Even though I ultimately found a solution elsewhere, this was purely down to budget constraints and timing issues on my side but I was impressed by the breadth of options Jay showed me. Moreover, to his absolute credit, Jay was actually helpful in answering questions I had in the broader search and was sincerely happy for me when I did advise him of my solution elsewhere. I found this last point particularly refreshing in what is of course a super competitive landscape.

I recently exchanged contracts on my first purchase - and Jay Kang has been instrumental and absolutely brilliant throughout.
Having been monitoring the property market for the best part of 18 months I finally decided to take the plunge.
I had made multiple enquiries over the past couple of months - but did not feel comfortable with the level of information I was being given. I was also put off by agents from other groups who were trying to push developments I did not believe in.
That was until I spoke to Jay. Within hours of speaking to him I had put down a reservation fee on a property in Manchester.
He was knowledgeable, engaging and not once did I feel obligated or pressured to go ahead with the deal.
To top it all off - the deal he secured for me was definitely an excellent one as well.
As a first time buyer the entire process can seem a little daunting at first - but Jay was always there to provide a helping hand. Guiding me through the entire process and helping me chase up the solicitors as well.
I will most definitely be recommending the services of Jay and the TKPG to anyone looking to secure an investment property.
And I do hope to work with him again in the not to distance future.

Ricky at TK Property Group has been absolutely brilliant with our search for and purchase of investment properties. He's really responsive, efficient, professional and great to work with.
