This is the first year we have used Tixtree and it is far superior to our former supplier. The fees are much more reasonable. The payments are earlier and more often, which delights our accountant. The graphics and interface are so user friendly. The emails announcing new purchases are great. The environment is better because of the trees planted. But what really stands out is the customer service. I made a huge mistake and cancelled all upcoming tours. I wrote Tixtree and Angela got back to me immediately, making me feel the problem was solvable. She worked out all the issues and within a couple of hours, all was well with my world. Thank you, Tixtree, for making my job so pleasant.

Have you ever used eventbrite? This is like that, but on steroids. The organization and customization is something I've never experienced with a free website or program. The ui, immaculate. Its just so intuitive, this is my favorite ticket distribution site and will not be reverting to eventbrite or anything else as long as tixtree remains as great as it is. They also plant trees based on their customers ticket sales!

If you're looking for a ticketing system for your event, look no further. As an event organiser, I compared many different ticketing services, and I can confidently say that Tixtree is currently the best one with their commission rate and excellent customer support. Tixtree also has the best and most customizable features, thanks to a great team of developers who pay attention to any feedback seriously.

I’ve been a website designer and developer since the early days of the internet, so I understand what goes into a good software platform. In a recent volunteer job for a local nonprofit needing a ticketing platform, I tested three different lower cost alternatives to Eventbrite.
Tixtree came out on top. Not just because of their lower pricing and well-designed platform, which would have been enough to put them at the top of my list, but also because I had 2 feature requests right out of the gate, and within days they had implemented one of them and are working on the other. EDIT: by the time I had finished writing this review, they had completed the 2nd feature request!
Never in my career have I had such a rapid response to my requests. If you’re asking whether Tixtree is right for your business, it seems they are asking the same question and willing to make sure the answer is yes. That is customer service at a level you’ve never experienced.

We started using Tixtree for the price but are now staying for the stellar UI and customer service. The websites look way more professional then anything else out there and the customer service was so quick and understanding. We host a couple monthly events with over 150+ participants and Tixtree is our ticketing app.

I used Tixtree to sell tickets for the local premiere of my movie. The platform is easy to use, and when I did have a question, the customer service reps were always quick to respond with a helpful and kind message.
I didn't have any issues receiving money via PayPal as ticket orders were placed. This has been such a different experience from using other ticket platforms. With others, I had to float all expenses myself. With Tixtree, I was able to pay the theater fee and my caterer without having to dip into my bank account while crossing my fingers that the platform would actually pay me.
Tixtree is transparent about fees, and they really are among the lowest in the industry. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I was looking for eventbrite alternatives and found Tixtree. Couldn't be happier (6 months in), they are a great team, and really responsive whenever i have feature requests. I've had very few issues since setting my events up with them, and all those i have had have been fixed swiftly. Couldn't recommend more.

I run a monthly event and have been using Eventbrite for years. I decided to make the switch to Tixtree and I am SO glad that I did! This is a ticketing platform that gets it all so RIGHT. Of particular note are 2 things - 1) It's incredibly EASY to get started and get your event up and running. Such a breeze - had my first event set up in 20m. 2) Tixtree support is REAL PEOPLE who are responsive and thoughtful. Mattia is someone I've engaged with a few times and he's been incredible.

I'm a complete beginner at making a ticketed event. I actually started out using Eventbrite which I found frustrating and slow and I also had the feeling I was way out of my depth.
Then when I experimented with Tixtree it seemed way faster, more streamlined and simpler to use in comparison. With Tixtree, I was quickly able to publish my event. Also Tixtree worked seamlessly with Paypal and now I can see information about the tickets I have sold clearly displayed on the web page.
I don't normally write reviews but this is such an excellent product. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

I'm setting up a new ecstatic dance community and after evaluating a range of different options for a ticketing system, Tixtree was the clear winner.
It is really well designed, easy to use and great value. I honestly have no complaints. A lot of details are taken care of. For example, they make it ridiculously easy for me to get volunteers to scan people in on their phones with little explanation required.
If you're looking for a rock-solid ticketing system and already have your own promotional website/online presence, this is the one to go for. I'm surprised that it isn't more well known or more widely used.
They seem genuinely obsessed with providing a high-quality experience that's good value and they're easy to get in touch with. It's a good business. Support them!

I want to share my experience using the Tixtree platform as an organizer. First of all, and most importantly, the dashboard is beautiful, and I can not just track my revenue but also see how I'm helping the environment, I really loved they show how many trees they're planting with the fees from ticket sales. Besides that, I could customize the background and upload a vertical picture—not just a banner like on most other platforms; sharing links is pretty simple on Facebook and WhatsApp, the ones I used, and creating an access code was also simple. Loved the whole process and how trustworthy it feels. I'll keep using them for any new events I'm hosting.

I started using TixTree after looking for an alternative to Eventbrite after they continuously increased their fees. The difference was night and day.
$15 dollar tickets on Eventbrite in early 2024 had around a $2.85 total fee. Considering at the door price for the show was $18, there was no early savings incentive for $0.15.
TixTree only had a $0.40 ticket fee excluding the payment processor fee which amounted to a $1 a few cents.
The savings was a good start but to keep someone on a platform it requires more and I’m happy to say that TixTree has great customer support. They reply in a timely manner and have always solved any issue I have had. TixTree is feature rich so take your time to learn the platform and if any assistance is ever needed you can reach out to them.

Tixtree is a very user friendly ticket selling service, with lots of very convenient options and infos to meet all your needs. But that's not the best thing about Tixtree. The best thing about it is actually its exceptionally responsive, sympathetic and efficient customer service.
