Absolutely disgusting costumer service. I make a big order, by mistake order the same item 2, after 3 min i send them email and was asking if any chance this can be swapped for another, i received back email, where they was saying, non problems because my order not yet processed, was very happy .After 5 days i received another email, where they told me is to late, my order was send. Try contacting them, no anymore reply. I pay 120£ , i will return back everything.

I really like how the magnetic wall board stick to the wall, seems very thin but attachs perfectly. Wooden marble track magnetic playset is high quality, meet my expectations

I bought the magnetic wall board and magnetic playset for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it! She enjoys moving the magnets around, creating different things, and coming up with her own little activities. I’ve been really happy to see how much she enjoys playing with it.

What I like most as a mom is that it doesn’t take up any floor space, and she can use it in so many different ways. We’ve used the magnetic wall board for drawing, playing with letters and numbers, and just letting her imagination run wild with the magnetic playset.

It has also been a great screen-free activity for her. Instead of getting bored with it after a few days, she keeps coming back to it and finding new ways to play.

I’m really glad we found Tix&Mix. It’s practical for our home, fun for my daughter, and I love that she’s learning while she plays. Definitely one of our favorite additions to her play area!

I first saw Tix&Mix on Instagram and decided to look into it further. I was initially hesitant because our wall is textured and I wasn’t sure it would adhere properly, but the included sample piece allowed us to test it first, which worked perfectly. The full magnetic wall has now been in place on our textured wall for several days with excellent results. It was very easy to apply, and we are very happy with how it turned out.

Avoid! Their delivery service to the UK is shocking and they refuse to make a refund notwithstanding the order has not been delivered and can’t be located.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I had a terrible experience with this company.
- Their magnet wall decals will ruin your wall if you try to move them. They CANNOT be repositioned or moved like they claim. I tried to move mine and it ripped the paint off the wall.
- Their "risk free" 30 day money back guarantee is a joke. You have to pay to send it back to LITHUANIA. And even then they only refund you if you haven't tried it at all. How is that risk free!?
I asked for a free returns label since the product is not fit for purpose but they wouldn't provide one. And it seems they wouldn't give me a refund in any case since it has to be in its "original and unused condition". Avoid at all costs!

Ordered well over a week ago. No updates on tracking - evri just expecting order. Very frustrating - no word from the company themselves

Great products! My almost 2-year-old daughter loves them, and the delivery was super fast. We have a magnetic board, five magnet sets, crayons, a mirror, and more. We use them every day, and I’d definitely recommend other parents give them a try. Such a great way to keep a kid away from screens!

She’s also in her drawing era right now, and the crayons are super easy to wipe off, even when they accidentally end up on furniture or walls.
