Tiny Explorers was an absolute lifesaver when our stroller was broken by our airline and completely unusable. We were able to get a very high quality stroller rental within a few days of our arrival delivered right to our Airbnb at a very reasonable price (I looked at several different companies). We could not have managed during our three week stay without it. Pick-up was also very easy and Tiny Explorers staff were great communicators throughout. Highly recommend them!

Amazing customer service; great products & really useful service that is good value.

Overall it was a good experience, and allowed us to have a really nice holiday with family in the UK, without having to bring a lot of things from Australia.
Although the delivery and return was fairly smooth, it did introduce a fair amount of ansiety, and the instructions weren't specific to our order, instead being a very long list of various instructions that we had to figure out. Also, we were lucky that it was being delivered to family (not a hotel or short-term rental), as it arrived a day before expected, and I'm not sure how we would have made that work otherwise.
The items were quality, and well priced, just the logistics and communication that could be improved.

This company is amazing! Firstly, let's talk about the products. I GOT A BRAND NEW Joolz Aer 2. I was the first to use it. My baby's toosh was the first to be in that buggy!
Now, let's talk about customer service. Staff replying to the WhatsApp messages are friendly, knowledgeable and kind.
Needless to say, I am a repeat customer and will be using them until my baby is 18 years old haha 🤣

Easy to book, delivered ahead of leaving for our holiday and simple to return after. I contacted via WhatsApp with a query about the return and they responded instantly. I’ve used Tiny Explorers several times now and will continue to do so.

Really great concept, some baby products are so expensive and you only need them for a couple of days for holiday! Buying second hand is an option but then you have to sell it afterwards. As a working mum with 3 kids I’m always looking for ways to save time and money whilst still having everything we need. Rental was easy with good instructions for return

We hired the Doona pushchair and base for the car whilst over in the UK for 20 days and what a experience start to finish. We came over from Australia and the car seat we were given from the car rental company was shocking to say the least, so after a little research I came across Tiny Explorers and they were a delight to deal with. Within 24 hours I had the Doona and base sent to us in the West Midlands with also the foot muff. For collection/return Tiny Explorers organised DPD to collect which was so convenient for us. When we come back again I will 100% be using them and would recommend them to anyone!

Fabulous company, speedy delivery and great customer service

This is a great concept for anyone who wants to try before they buy or need something short term. We hired the seat to sleep for our 16 hour flight with a 2yo and 5yo. Whilst the Lufthansa crew were not happy about us using in on the outbound flight, the Swiss Air crew didn't say a thing. They were helpful on our commutes when travelling around by minibus/ferry too. The items arrived sooner than anticipated always a bonus and having the returns bag/QR code makes the return super simple especially when battling Jet lag and little ones!

Items I ordered came in great condition, no issues whatsoever. However, I was charged £30 to extend for 1 day, which I thought was a bit unreasonable.
