I wanted to send this back got no response, i tried to cancel order 2 hours after ordering, but they still sent it. The customer service is disgusting they dont reply. So if ordering hope you dont need to return it

I am very pleased with the product; the pillows seem very well made and my two children love them. The added benefit of having a comforter attached to each pillow is great too. No issues with delivery for us 👍 thanks Tiny Wonder

Ordered 2 sleep buddies, my little boy loves his lion one and the other is away as part of a Christmas gift for my niece. Ordered, shipped 2 days after and arrived a lot quicker than expected.

After such a great experience I ordered the mini chef kitchen set as a Christmas gift. Again it arrived quickly. Thank you.

This pillow has been a game changer for my 2 half year old ,she used to roll about her bed all night but since having this pillow she stays in the same position all night and wakes up much brighter after having a brilliant sleep 😃😃

It’s a nice looking pillow I’ve got the unicorn and the lion one, but it does not help my child sleep any better

Great service, wonderful products. Ordered pillows for my 4 children they love them, also the handwriting set with the finger support for my youngest to start writing. Quality products.

Appalling service. Placed order - allegedly attempted delivery by Evri - which was false. Contacted customer service who asked for confirmation of address and assurance that product would be resent. Still no parcel two months later and no-one in customer services responds to numerous chasing emails.
No parcel, no explanation nor refund and no phone number to speak to someone.
AVOID at all cost.

They partner with Evri and you have all seen their antics - I am afraid not impressed - its 4 days and it seems Evri have not received the order - not sure what chance there is of my getting it.

I have sent an email to support@ and let us see what they come back with - otherwise best to cancel order, receive refund and never buy from them again

Great customer service i was worried because seen no reviews …: i got order in 8 days i emailed becsuse i didnt take screenshot of my order number and couldn’t track it they was extremely nice I have ordered a sleep snuggle buddy for my little boy havent test it yet but feels nice and looks good quality had no odd smells either thank you will be ordering more items when I get paid
