I ordered one set of tints for a 2018…

I ordered one set of tints for a 2018 Honda fit. Install wasn't too bad and tints looked decent. So I decided to get a 2nd set for my 2014 Honda CRV. Install was nightmare, anytime window went up and down, it left grease marks and scratches all over the tint. Customer service is basically non-existent. After a week, I got one email reply just asking for pics at all these ridiculous angles. Sent the pics and haven't heard back, probably just gonna take the hit this time. So just a warning to all, may not work with older model cars and bad customer service.

I ordered a tint for my 2026 F-150…

I ordered a tint for my 2026 F-150 Raptor. I watched the YouTube installation video and am proficient with my hands. The tint would not seat properly and proceeded to put significant strain on my window motor. When I reached out to the company, they wouldn't respond other than to say I didn't qualify for any refund due to trying the tint on 1 window. I also cannot leave any review on their website, so take caution when reading the reviews on their website.

On September 10, we replied twice and requested a size-comparison photo with the tint held against the outside of the glass. We explicitly explained that this required no reinstallation, insertion into the seal, or operation of the window. A video was optional. You declined to provide that photograph, which left the reported fitment issue unverified.

Our replies explained the standard return conditions (https://tintrebel.com/exchange-and-refund-policy) and identified your fitment concern as a separate matter requiring assessment

Lying Company and Terribly Product

This company not only sent me the wrong tint that I didnot order they lied about sending me the correct tint order after the fact. Also product is trash once it either rains or gets a little humid and bubbles/dirties the windows so you constantly have to remove and clean them. They know this which is why they don't accept refunds.

Another Insta Scam. Don't do it.

The tint they sent on me was for the wrong trim level of vehicle and would never fit. The tint that should have fit all trims was too small and gaps on top and bottom. The door tint install picks up grease from inside the door an is cut wrong. Customer service is a nightmare. Started with assignment of blame...The tried to blame me for ordering the wrong thing with weird contradictory internal paperwork instead of saying , hey , let's just fix the problem. They made me take pictures and then more pictures of the tint against the vehicle to prove that I didn't own the car that they incorrectly sent the tint for... Then "sort of volunteered" to replace two of the seven wrong and poorly made pieces. Will not fix the problem or offer refund. Ask where to send it and they won't tell me.... Just want me to take more pictures. BAD COMPANY. BAD PRODUCT. BAD PEOPLE. Now they have just stopped communicating altogether. Bad customer service.
