I am super pleased with my Creek Pro from Tiniover. I did my research and feel I got the best trike for my money. Fast shipping, easy assembly and instructions. Everything needed was included. Quality craftsmanship, I'm impressed. Myself, my wife and our yorkie have started to ride it together and are having a fun time. Looking forward to more. Thanks Tiniover!

FedEx delivered it right to my door. The installation videos were easy to follow along. I put the trike together myself. Great craftsmanship. Sturdy frame. This will be FUN to ride!

Of the three electric trike models we have ridden this summer, the Tiniover River has given us the best overall riding experience. Unlike the Boca "the grateful dead" trike which my wife rode briefly, the River feels very solid and stable. Its rear differential, which allow the rear wheels to rotate independently, make cornering smooth and effortless while the River's four point suspension makes for a very smooth ride, especially on rougher surfaces. The fully adjustable handle bars bring all the controls within easy reach and the color display and control pad make switching modes and gears while riding quick and easy. The throttle has a thumb switch in addition to the standard twist type found on my Triketan M-330. The walk assist and reverse modes are quite handy during parking and maneuvering in tight spaces. I cannot comment on the premium seat which has yet to arrive, but my wife is quite fond of the back rest which is part of the standard seat configuration. I guess the thing that best describes my favorable opinion of the Tiniover River is that this week I ordered one for myself.

I absolutely love my Tiniover River Trike. I received it for my 63rd birthday. The trike came on time, took no time to learn how to ride it. I have the chair but the saddle seat came with it as well. Top speed so far is 20 mph. Very nice trike

I’m very pleased with my Tiniover River. It’s exactly what I wanted to assist with my new knee! I do a lot of pedaling, but it’s good to have the power when needed.
The strike was easy to put together, I appreciated the little tool kit with all needed tools to assemble & adjust. So far I have put 45 miles on it.
Only complaint is I wish the premium seat had shipped with the trike. I got it in a couple weeks later. Definitely worth the wait tho. Very comfortable.
Hats off to Tiniover customer support. The few questions I did have they answered quickly. I highly recommend this trike.

My wife and I are very impressed with the River E Trike that we purchased! We went through Amazon because we were not familiar with the company and wanted to make sure we were protected! They were very responsive and kept us informed of shipping and made sure that we did not have any problems with damage! They are an excellent, customer oriented, friendly company and we will likely order again but next time directly from them!! After watching tons of videos and reading specs I think that these are one of the best trikes with the most important features checked!! Including motor, battery, torque, differential, premium seat, brakes, twist and thumb throttle, accessories, quality build!

This is a great trike for the money probably best on market for price. It's more difficult to put together than they say. We had local bike shop put together.

Fairly easy assembly. Have put many miles on it. Comfortable. Many compliments. Never have run out of battery. Definitely recommend it.

We saw a video of Jerry & Linda in The Villages Florida about The Tiniover Trike with the big comfy seat. We previously bought another brand and wasn't happy with it. This one is so much more stable and has reverse & cruise control plus it has a much better ride. I am considering selling my trike from a different manufacturer and getting me one like hers.

Once my wife and I retired we purchased a motor home to travel and see the great USA. We bought 2 folding e-bikes that would fit in the storage compartment so we could ride around the campgrounds and trails. Well we found out quickly that one of us cannot balance on bikes like we used to so we sold them and got our Tiniover etrike with the rear seat. Absolutely a great find. We have so much fun ridding all over the place. So many people stop us along the way and say how cool our e-bike is. We did have to find a strong tray to travel it with us but well worth it. One thing that I can’t say enough is the Tiniover company. Shipping was perfect in every way and assembly was very well explained. I had a minor problem with damage from shipping and emailed customer service and they replied the next day and resolved my issue immediately. What impressed me more after owning my ebike for 7 months, out of the blue they send emails to see how things are going. I recommend this Tiniover bike, company, and service over and over. Happy trails!

Lost my passenger seat back cushion. One of the four (4) internal white plastic clips broke, and the seat back popped out while riding and was lost. Contacted Customer support. Upon quickly verifying my original Order, "Leo" promptly arranged to send a brand-new replacement seat when all I really needed was the back cushion and a new plastic clip. TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SUPPORT from the TINIOVER TEAM!

I am 79 and have some physical limitations. My Tiniover River is terrific. I am able to get some exercise while feeling safe on the premium seat. The password function allows me to go into CVS without worrying about theft. The horn is loud enough to be heard by even teenagers with ear plugs. The suspension is outstanding. I am very pleased with the Tiniover River trike.

It took a little while to get it shipped, and a little longer for some of the parts that came separately, but now it all seems worth it! This one has everything I wanted plus. Torque, hydraulic brakes on all three wheels, an extra comfy seat for my granddaughter, reverse, parking brakes, even Cruise control! And it's so much fun to ride! I'm also using it as a Mobility device which is so wonderful, because I can go over grass and wood chips, none of which I could do on my mobility scooter. And it goes farther and faster and I can finally get some exercise as well. So far it's only been 4 days, but I really been enjoying it. Customer service answered my questions quickly, as well.

In January of 2026 I saw a u tube video by IM BruceECLECTIC introducing an e trike by Tiniover. Since my wife couldn’t balance her bike any longer I decided to look at e trikes and creek pro with passenger seat caught my attention for its tough frame , beefy parts that had a 750w motor to climb hills carrying up to 550lbs was impressive also the three hydraulic breaks so I ordered our first ever e trike and it arrived 4 days latter in a huge box with few fist size holes in it but not any damage to the motor or the body parts due to excellent packaging. It was 80% assembled and it came with great instructions with pictures and majority of the nuts and bolts were already in place for easy directions. My wife was also impressed when she saw a small bottle of touch up paint was included, thoughtful she said. The basket with the liner was the best I’ve seen and so easy to assemble however the passenger seat and back rest came separately couple of weeks later so I had to remove the basket in order to install the seat. I have ordered many accessories and The customer service was excellent in returning my emails within 12 hours and very friendly also spoke well English. We have ridden run around sue ( our creek pro ) in snow , gravel, trails, sand and everywhere in between in the past six months. On many occasions We have traveled over sixty miles on the same charge. On one occasion I contacted the customer service to ask if they could come up with turn signals and sometimes latter they did so I ordered it , so easy to install too. Everywhere we go strangers stop and ask about our creek pro and have positive comments in fact our daughter and her husband ordered a creek pro with passenger seat with all the accessories and we ride every weekend together to the lake , sightseeing , rail trailing and grocery shopping. Purchasing the creek pro has been so far one of the best decisions of our life.

Design, materials, workmanship, features, standard equipment, and options all are superlative. Absolutely the best choice in electric trikes with pedals. Assembly instructions leave much to be desired, but Customer Support is marvelous...smart people, very helpful, supremely courteous. Highly recommended!

The customer suppprt is top notch.The product is well made and can be used for pleasure rides with a passenger or to move items around with the cargo rack.I did alot of research on trikes before making a purchase and this one checks all the boxes

These bikes are the real deal, very well made, great features like the rear wheel drive differential making it a stable ride. Plenty of power, comfortable, and just a whole lot of fun to ride.

We purchased the Creek Pro 2 passenger bike. My 18 year old son is blind and autistic, he also stands 6’4” and weighs 250lbs, so it’s never been easy to take him riding… that is until now! When I say we love this thing, I mean WE LOVE THIS THING! It’s been 2 weeks since it was delivered and we’ve ridden almost every evening since delivery. He fits comfortably in the back seat, and his size 15 shoes have no problem resting on the foot areas. If you’ve been on the fence about purchasing one, I say go for it… I’m sure glad we did! After researching for over a week, and still wondering if it’d work out for us, it’s been fantastic, and now we all get to ride together as a family. Customer service has been great too, when asking about additional accessories and offering a discount code. Thanks for making such a great product!

We have a truck camper and we like to go everywhere. We were looking for something to go around campgrounds, go to the grocery nearby or simply explore the surroundings.

We thought about a golf cart but too complicated to carry. We thought about buying 2 electric bikes but we wanted to be seated together. So we saw that super versatile electric tricycle and thought it was perfect for our needs.

We are both mid 30’s. My husband is 6’3 and 95kg . He is so comfortable on the seat, it’s quite large and easily ajustable. As for me, he blocks all the wind for me and I feel like a queen in my rolling throne! (Don’t worry we switch places sometimes!)

The construction is really solid, the quality of the wheels (fat bike style) is impressive too, we love the front basket for lunchbox or purse and the rear basket is really useful too for towels, sunscreen, backpack.

We add a trailer for our 2 dogs.

We drove on pavement, gravel, grass… suspension is great. So far, we are thrilled! For sure we will buy another 20ah battery in the future, not because one isn’t enough, it’s just that for our needs when we travel we don’t wanna get stuck far away. You can easily pedal if needed but we are getting lazy a bit lol.

Assembly is the only little challenge, it’s not hard but you have to be attentive and there’s a lot of pieces but it’s really well shown in their instructive video. So no worries!

The customer service is outstanding so far. They are quick to answer, kind, helpful. They offer assistance through their Facebook page, messenger or even by phone.

As a new company, I wish them all the best.
