Tiney are very supportive and enthusiastic. As a tiney childminder, I have such a wide variety of resources and training to be able to widen my knowledge.
The app is constantly improving and I am apart of such a strong and supportive community! I don’t believe you can get this else where.

I have been with tiney for over a year now. The support, resources, training and community are priceless. I have attended two inset days with incredible and inspiring speakers. I am so proud to be a tiney childminder and part of this fabulous community.

I felt I gained less from this year than last. It was less engaging and inspiring but maybe the content just wasn't as useful for myself but may have helped others.

I am a newly registered childminder with tiney, I was going to apply straight to Ofsted until right at the last minute I investigated tiney.

They are amazing! The support help and assistance by the company has been amazing! I’ve had tests and visit from other childminders which had been amazing! They have given me advice and confidence! I honestly couldn’t advise this company anymore! For anyone who is thinking of joining I will strongly advise it!
At first the fee put me off but they are worth every penny! Always with quick response and always so possible and productive!

As a new registered childminder, my experience trainee and setting up my home have been nothing short of amazing. The clarity and support from training, to registration visits, to post registration paper works have been reassuring. I am glad I am a part of an organised structure as new business owner 🙌

What I really like about tiney is the way everyone member of staff is willing to help and find solution to every question. My adviser is ever ready to reply my text messages each time and that makes me feel more confident thereby making my dream of becoming a childminder a reality.

My grandson attends Tiney and I'm really impressed on how his speech has come along. I feel content that he is.looked after very well. Maybe the meals could be tweeked abit but overall I would recommend to others.

I've been collaborating with Tiney running their Dance and Fitness INSET sessions for the last 8 months and the company is fantastic. It's amazing and so positive that they have such a focus on physical and mental wellbeing as this is so important for children and their health and development. The quality and engagement of the childminders I've worked with is also very high. A brilliant company. Highly recommend working with and for Tiney.

As a tiney childminder, I really value their partnership ethos. From day one, as a trainee, I've felt fully supported and heard. The joining fee is definitely worth the money to me as I have access to excellent CPD, safeguarding and SEND support, several weekly webinars, a lovely book club and much much more, all on the tiney app. I love the fact that I can open the tiney app, look through the CPD videos and choose what I'd like to learn. I can't recommend tiney enough.

Absolutely loved the cpd course tonight and loved the fact Claire bought he personal experience into the course tonight I gave a real insight into other learning perspectives. I have a Send child and there’s not enough support out there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Awful childminder. Very neglectful to the children, unfriendly and unhygienic. No clue how they can look after children. Don't ever use them. The website has no option to complain and save others the bad experience we have had. Just a no!

My experience with tiney has been brilliant all the way. From the first time I contacted tiney inquiring about being a childminder they have been so helpful and encouraging me when needed the most. The support system is brilliant. I would really recommend tiney to anyone who is interested.

Absolutely amazing service start to finish! I wasn’t sure if I wanted to start as I was worried about not getting any clients but Poppy my advisor was very helpful and filled me with confidence. They were very quick to reply to any questions and I fully qualified and was up and running within 1 month, now 1 month on, I am nearly fully booked. Can not fault them in any way shape or form.

I’ve just passed my registration with Tiney, and I couldn’t be happier with the support I’ve received throughout the process. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly helpful, guiding me step by step and always being available to answer my questions. I love working with Tiney. They are not perfect but they have given me the chance to speak with them about the areas I think they could improve and I feel they are working towards achieving this. They are super friendly and supportive, there is ample training opportunities and resources to use. As a newbie to the sector I couldn't imagine a better Agency to work with than Tiney.

Tiney requires experienced childminders to earn money while they take a share of the profit. However, on their advertisements and website, they have mentioned that no experience is needed and that unexperienced individuals are welcome.

In my case, I paid £300 in Tiney fees, along with the costs for my and my husband's DBS checks (twice), my medical report, and my first aid training. For my theory call, I took half a day off work, and I also had to attend a video call for my registration.

Before my home visit, my adviser told me to book a video call to get advice on any necessary changes before the visit. During the video call, my husband was with me for support. When discussing my home setup, the adviser asked about our boiler and heater. Since we had recently moved into our new house, my husband was more familiar with these things, so I asked if he could explain them. She said, "Okay, that's fine," so we assumed she was advising us.

I also have knowledge about safeguarding, but during that video call, I was nervous. So, I asked the adviser if my husband could explain the electrical appliances, and she said, "Absolutely fine." My husband even clearly said, "Please advise us—if any changes are needed, we will do them."

However, the result was shocking. I was disqualified, and the reason given was that I lacked safeguarding knowledge and that my husband was more active than me. We thought the video call was meant to provide guidance, but instead, they directly disqualified me.

I requested another chance, as we had already spent a lot of money. I also asked if I would have to pay again if I reapplied after a few months. She said they would discuss it after six months, which I found very unfair.

Additionally, we spent money on online resources to prepare for this process, and they are still with me, but I can't return them.

So please, don't join Tiney.
