amazing SEND support. I got help when I most needed it!

Not happy with her service at all. My child has been sick twice straight after she has returned from her care. My daughter is never dressed and ready to go when I went to pick her up, her bad was never packed properly, I had to dress her on the door step and on the stairs which was very inconvenient and awkward. She knew what time I’m going to pick my daughter up but opted not to get her ready. She is always dirty and I’m not talking about her clothes due to messy eating, it’s her socks when she was crawling around the place. Also, we tried to reason with her regarding my daughter’s sleeping schedule as she has a nap between 9.00-10.00 but she wasn’t willing to accommodate that and tried to say that by law they have to take the kids out regardless and that’s the time when they are going out. We asked if one of the carer can stay with the small kids similar age to my daughter but she came with an excuse saying that anyone else other than her can only watch them for 2 hours without her being there…well my daughter doesn’t sleep longer than that anyway especially that she didn’t have proper bedding for her, not even a travel cot…I think I made my point, no need to carry on! Not a good experience at all!

I couldn’t praise Maria enough. She is everything I could have hoped for in a childminder and so much more.
She is incredibly passionate, organised, caring, attentive and creative. The care she has shown our son has been absolutely exceptional. She knows him so well, and it’s clear how much he adores both her and her lovely daughter.
Our son has been with Maria for over 1.5 years and he has truly flourished in her care. Maria encourages self confidence in such a natural and empowering way, always seeing and supporting each child as an individual. She strikes the perfect balance between structure and creativity — creating an environment that feels both predictable and inspiring. The children know what to expect, which gives them security, but they are also constantly encouraged to explore, imagine and express themselves.
Her knowledge of child development is excellent, and she follows the Early Years Curriculum with intention and warmth. There are always varied indoor and outdoor activities, creative play and hands on learning opportunities. She’s also a wonderful source of advice, always happy to share her insights.
Equally important is the nurturing culture she builds. All children are taught to respect one another, demonstrate kindness and to care for their environment. It’s a place where children feel safe, valued and loved.
Our son was quite shy around most people, but with Maria he has always been his confident, happy self, which has brought us so much reassurance and joy.
Maria puts such care into everything she does, from planning engaging activities to providing healthy, home cooked meals and snacks every day. She sets a truly high standard and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her be such a big part of our son’s early years.
I honestly feel like she is a best kept secret. We could not recommend her highly enough. Thank you Maria!

Rosiah childcare in Camberwell was not a good experience at all for my daughter who was 9 months old when she began.
Going to the property. Peace is very clever to have all the certificates which make you believe this could be a trusted place to leave your child. To me this is just trying to pull wool over the eyes.
My daughter didn’t settle and whenever peace sent pictures my daughter looked really sad in the eyes. We tried to talk to peace about this and she just replied with paragraphs of nonsense. She refused to stick to a routine that our daughter has been raised with. She would never packed the bag which was provided. Would just give us the bag with most the items out of the bag, she would then hand my daughter to me and I was left to handle my daughter and placing things back into the bag. 2 separate occasions my daughter came back was was very sick the next day. The worse one was my daughter’s last day with peace. The next day my daughter woke up with a very bad fever. Peace may have a plenty of good reviews. Fair enough. I speak from a place of truth. Do not trust this woman with your child.

Janeva tiney home family has an amazing childminders. The kids are always coming back excited to tell me about what they done during the day. The staff are friendly the kids enjoy the food and the most important thing is the kids have a great time.

Definitely will be using their services again.

I have just finished training and registration with tiney. Carla was always very helpful and encouraging throughout the process. Zoom meetings and pre registration calls were extremely good and helped to point out areas I'd overlooked before my final visit. All the staff were extremely friendly and I look forward to my childminding journey with tiney

Tiney have really made my first time mummy duties a lot easier and comfortable when choosing my sons child care, their app is great, Invoicing is straight forward and overall a good company. Finding the right childminder for myself was hard as I had already written down exactly what I wanted for my child. It took me months to find the right one. However their was one who I kept going back and forth to, one lady and that was Jeneita, after I finally made the call she was everything I was looking for and without a doubt I chosen her after our first visit. My son took to Jen straightaway and instantly connected , Jen was gental and warming for my son and he absolutely loves her. She goes above and beyond making sure his favourite things are there for him, always asks for things I would like her to work with him. She is amazing and I I can not fault her personally and her amazing work ethic, my son actually cries when he is leaving, I highly recommend both tiney and Jeneita

Emily has been absolutely amazing, my child gets exited every time we pull up to her house. She loves it there. Could not recommend her more.

I had been let down by my nursery closing down, so I ask Rachel who I had worked with briefly before she became a childminder if she could help me out. I have never looked back since Rachel and the Tiney team had taken over looking after my little girl. Rachel is amazing and has helped my little girl with her words and motor skills, she has helped her developed and improv in leaps and bounds. I can't thank or praise Rachel enough.

My little boys childminder Lucy always goes above and beyond for him, Lucy and all the girls are amazing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. He has come on leaps and bounds since starting there and always has the best fun. I love how I am always kept up to date with his day!seeing his happy face in his journal playing and going on adventures with all his friends is the best ❤️

Danielle is very informative, patient and friendly. My daughters progress has been amazing since being under her care. Thank you for all your hard work.

My daughter had a wonderful time with her childminder Louisa, she loved taking part in all the activities that were provided. I was really impressed with Louisa's Tiney home set-up and felt safe in the knowledge that my daughter would be well cared-for.

very supportive staff, the training is a bit hard but tiney will help you throughout untill you succeed and it doesnt end there, they are still supprting me and guiding me

My childminder Ann from St Austell is absolutely amazing. We are so grateful we have found her. She goes above and beyond with my daughter. I couldn’t ask for anymore from her. My daughter absolutely adores her.

My childminder, Emma Christmas was absolute god sent. First day my kids were in her care, they wouldn’t stop blasting my ears with all the amazing activities they did, from art n craft to bubble playing and looking forward going back, hopefully they leave her food alone lol…. Amazing experience for both children and dad. Would recommend her services any day and time. Thank you

We’ve been really happy with our experience at Shining Stars tiney home daycare in Wolverhampton. From the very beginning, the onboarding process was smooth, reassuring, and clearly well thought-out, which made the transition feel so much easier for both us and our little one. The staff are wonderful—every single person we’ve met genuinely cares about the children and takes the time to get to know them as individuals.

Since starting, our 16-month-old has grown so much in confidence and independence. We’ve also noticed a big boost in his language development, which has been amazing to see. It’s clear that a lot of thought and attention to detail goes into how the children are cared for, and that really puts our minds at ease.

Overall, we feel really lucky to have found a place where our child feels safe, happy, and supported to thrive. Highly recommend!
