Soft Pink Pre-Order

I made my order December 26 2025 and I still haven't received it. Even though I ordered a preorder the date that they claim that production will start keeps getting longer and longer with no explanation. As a business and a influencer I find this a scam and very unprofessional.

I ordered from the store expecting it to come on time

I ordered from the store expecting it to be an amazing experience. I saw it online and wanted to support. I placed my order towards the end of December and still haven’t received it. It’s been over a month and my package still isn’t here and I have no clue where it is because they did not provide any tracking information or anything to identify where my packages are when I will be receiving it I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend ordering from here.

Scam Do Not Use

My son ordered from this company on 12/31/25 and has not received a package. I emailed them at the email they provided and nothing. My son reached out to them on IG and they responded by giving him a tracking number and telling him to contact USPS about his package. We contacted USPS who has no record of the package and cannot track non USPS numbers. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

I’m very furious with this experience…

I’m very furious with this experience that I’m having. I bought this set for over a $100 on November 29 and it’s now January 18. I’ve kept on emailing them throughout the process of my order and they’ve kept saying that “I’ll receive tracking information next week” but each week that has passed, still nothing. I WANT A REFUND.

If I don’t receive a refund within a week I would have no choice but to take matters into my own hands

Longest time ever!

This experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order and never received the package, despite waiting far longer than reasonable. The lack of resolution and accountability has been frustrating. I expected much better from this company.

Ridiculous wait time and horrible customer service!

My son ordered a hoodie with his Apple Pay, mid October and since early November has messaged several times and gets the same automated (crap) response that it’s too late for a refund and absolutely no information on processing, shipping, etc. He keeps being told “it’s a pre order it takes more time”… that was (maybe) an acceptable response the first few weeks but two months later - absolutely unacceptable. A pre-order implies there will be some date provided on when said pre-orders will be processed. And to deny a refund based on date of order (two month ago) that has not been shipped - nope!
I will be escalating this; I’m not letting it go. This company needs a lesson in customer service and is about to get blown up on social media (not in the good way). Do not order from them!

DO not recommend

Very disappointed - ordered Nov 20th figured lots of time for Christmas arrival, no updates no shipping info - nothing. When following up told they cannot cancel or refund, store credit only --- if the one thing I ordered doesn't show up, why would I ever order anything else? too bad because my son gave me a list of a few other items to order -- but absolutely not. It is unacceptable to take an order, not deliver it and then refuse a refund. I will be escalating further. Absolutely unacceptable - do not recommend ordering from this "company" .... seems like a scam to me.

EDIT -- package arrived today, thankfully before Christmas - that said, I am still questioning the refund policy, if something doesn't arrive you shouldn't be stuck with a store credit.

I WILL NEVER order from here again

I WILL NEVER order from here again. I wish that I could give a -5 stats. I bought 2 sets for my sons for Christmas. I ordered Nov 15 thinking that I would receive the items in a timely fashion and beat the Christmas rush. But from what I'm seeing on here. That wouldn't even matter. This is not how you run a company. And even when i contacted them they keep giving me excuses and telling me that I can't get a refund. They don't communicate delays and their shipping policy is bull. If my items don't come before Christmas then I will have to escalate this. I'm not a teenager like the customers they have, I'm a very grown adult and I know other ways to get a refund of I don't get my items within the next few days. It will be a disappointment for my kids but I don't like playing these games. And it's sad because I was thinking of ordering more, but not with this unprofessional manner in which they are handling their business. Their shipping process should have been adjusted for the holiday rush. Get it together or just shut it all down and work through your issues. A lot of people in here are spending a lot of money during a recession and this inconvenience is inappropriate.

SCAM SITE DO NOT ORDER

SCAM SITE DO NOT ORDER! I would rate them a zero but that is not an option. I placed my order 11/29/2025 and was shown 3-5 day delivery but those days have passed and nothing. I have sent several emails and received nothing but an apologize. I requested them to cancel the order and the email that I received stated that you have 1 hour after you place your order to cancel it. Looking at the policy is does not state that. This is nothing but a SCAM site and I suggest everyone to stay away.

You pay for shipping and wont get any…

You pay for shipping and wont get any tracking number. You have no idea if you'll get your product. Ut has been 2 weeks but no response. No idea where the product is or is it being processed.

Waiting over 15 days for shipment of my in stock items!!!!!

I placed an order for an in stock item on November 2nd, the website and advertising said there was a sale and if you chose an in stock item the order would be processed and shipped SAME DAY. It is now November 19th and my order has still not shipped, they will not refund me even though they still have my $200 order in their posession. They say they don't do refusnds per their policy but when I refer to the policy that states same day processing and shipping they just apologize and say it will be sent soon. I am starting to think this is a huge scam and I will never get my $200 suit ordered for my son for Christmas since they are also refusin a refund they clearly are scamming somewhere. Every time they respond to me which there is no phone number they apologize say they are making it righr, not sure how as I don't want a discount code as they have lost my trust entirely and they say they are checking for qualify and they are so overwhelmed and they want to make sure I get the best product possible. Well ordered a grey jogging suit they should all be the same, they are already severly overpriced and they can't even ship them within 3 weeks of the order much less a day. HUGE scam, reporting to my bank as well as online ahywhere I see them advertised, BBB etc.... What a poorly run organization I should have known better and read the reviews before purchasing but my son begged for Christams and I wanted to get it while their scam sale was still on which by the way has never ended as they say it will on their site.

I ordered on August 18, 2025 and today is November 12,2025. I spent almost 500$ never again. Getting the run around saying it was delivered but sent back to them. Then saying they are so sorry for the delay and they are working on my order. Now saying they dont do refunds. Ok they messed with the wrong customer. DONT TRUST THEM

Dont trust this company

Dont trust this company. My daughter spent 158.00 and they never sent the product. For six months they gave her excuses about her order being shipped or address incomplete which was a lie. They gave her money back after I got involved and got in they ass. Dont ever play in my daughter face.

Hoodie bought on July 14th….

My son bought a hoodie from them on July 14th and we still haven’t received it. For some reason it’s on the way to Georgia and we live in California. So bad!!
