Absolutely awesome!!! The product itself, along with the company. I did a mistake and bought something I didn’t need for now, they were so kind and respectful, full refund, no questions asked, they understood my mistake and were really cool about it. I felt so awful that I bought my mistake on the spot. I’ve never been treated that kindly from a seller ever. And again the rope is absolutely insane! Go ahead and buy one, guaranteed good product!

You get what you order and that’s totally fine. Easy adjustable and go. What really surprised me was the support. One of the best customer support I had. That’s why I also write this. It’s easy to say bad things but when something good was done that surprised me so much, it’s worth sharing.

The ropes are very high quality
The ropes are very high quality, I enjoy them every time I have a training. They are well balanced and easy to setup.
Be careful with the school and subscription! I bought a ropes with the 21-days free subscription, I didn’t register, but the subscription continued and I got withdrawals. Thanks to the support team, we overcame this problem and I’ve got a full refund. Just for you to be careful ;)

One of my all time favorite ropes
One of my all time favorite ropes! I’ve bought from their store multiple times.
I use both their beaded and PVC rope. I love the beaded rope because the beads are longer and of high quality, allowing more feedback as I jump. The PVC rope is perfect for speed work and is of high quality as well. I love their colors selection and shipping is fast!
Highly highly recommend getting your ropes from them. ❤️

Amazing Customer Service!
Got this as a gift, and accidentally added their subscription service, which I don’t doubt is great but was unwanted. I contacted their customer service about it and they were so very kind about everything, and refunded the subscription. I appreciate how fast they responded and how high quality their service and products are. Will definitely keep coming to them for our jump rope needs!

After getting the ropes i noticed that probably by mistake I registered for the monthly vo2 max program!
After noticing the additional billing, I wrote customer service about the mistake, and their response was quick in canceling the subscription and reimbursing the sum that was deducted from PayPal!

Great ropes and solid customer support
I love the ropes these guys do and have recommended them to friends.
When there was an issue with an error regarding a subscription they were quick to reimburse me and were very helpful.

Jumprope skool
My coach is dedicated and goes above and beyond to help me achieve and progress with jumprope. It's been a great way of keeping fit, and has helped in many other areas of my life. There's detailed classes to help beginners to intermediate.
