Ordered a large sum of timber for my staircase. 1.5 months later the materials got delivered after countless delays and chasing/excuses

Thank you for writing this review. Its not good to hear that we let you down on timescales and although its painful to get a 1 star, we can understand your point of view. Your comments are fair and this has been noted for internal review. I believe we had to restock in the longer lengths which caused the delays. We are sorry this impacted on your project . High quality timber and fantastic service
I'm a product designer and maker, there is a lot of sources for timber available and Timbersource is by far the best there is.
I've ordered multiple cuts from them before and they have always arrived at the specified sizes - to the millimetre. The team at Timbersource are also a good bunch, always open to chat through a project and recommend alternatives.
Could not recommend enough!

The website was reasonably easy to use however it does not give a price as this has to be phones for. So I telephoned and ordered the required wood. The quality of the wood, when received, was good as was the packaging.

Great quality and customer service.
I had an issue with my order due to poor packaging and shipping, but Katie Brown at Timbersource handled it exceptionally well. She responded quickly, took my concerns seriously, and ensured the problem was resolved without hassle. The quality of the Ash itself is excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Great customer service and great product—highly recommended!
