Tilezone - The Home of Leading Tile Brands Omdömen

The tiles are absolutely beautiful, fast delivery and a much more competitive price than other suppliers, looking forward to using tiles zone again, and have already recommended to our friends,

Excellent service and wonderful product. Very pleased with the whole process. Wonderful tiles in my bathroom and the Cloakroom.

Excellent service very fast divert tiles look amazing

Good customer service, thank you!

well done Tilezone
i bought 156 grey quartz floor tile loved them so much i bought another 47 to finish all my floors right thought the house they have been down one & half years and have had no problems but sorry to say i have run out of floors so i cant buy anymore, well floor tile ad leased, cant fault you the delivery and quality is exellent

I have ordered Rustic Split Face Mosaic tiles for my project. The quality of the tiles is really good, better than what I have expected as my expectations were based on the pictures from the website. Luckily there are some customers projects pictures which gives you real impression of the actual look. The price is really competitive compared to the local high street shops. Delivered on time, just delivery charge is a bit higher than normal charge, but this is very small inconvenience. Excellent product for very competitive price. I definitely would recommend it.

This company is a shower. Placed an order on their web site for the size that we needed. Completely the incorrect size. The delivery charge for the initial order £55.00. I explained the situation and the offer was another £55.00 for delivery and no help what so ever. I said that I will waste anther £55.00 for them to collect the tiles and refund the difference but no, They would now like £163.28, too collect and re stock 29 tiles!!!!!

We required some extra tiles to complete an already 90% complete job. The order was placed and dispatched as promised and delivered on the deadline requested. As a result we had no down time and the job is now complete. My only criticism is the delivery cost on small orders. However all said and done a great service delivered as promised.

Really happy with the stone cladding I ordered the finish is outstanding everyone had mentioned how nice its looking. Glad I found Tilezone thanks .

Had an issue with lots of the floor tiles being bowed, sent photos of the bow in the tiles and was informed that they would get back to me, I had to have the tiles layed has was on a tight schedule due to kitchen being fitted and the tiler was fully booked, looks great but not perfect due to the slight curve in the tiles, couldn't send them back but was at least expecting a reply and a slight discount but they never got back to me even after more phone calls, wouldn't use this company again. Ps Order ID: 17261
Date Ordered: 21/02/2021 photos were sent to you of the bowed tiles.

Excellent range, speedy delivery and high quality products. Managed to get the tiles on sale too! Even our tiler commented on the quality of the tiles.

Make sure, you do not sign on delivery without checking tiles. On delivery guy just asked me to sing, which i did without thinking that there will be a problem. How wrong i was. Cought the driver on his way, said there is broken tiles, he just said contact company (bare in mind we paid £60 for delivery alone) after contacting tile zone, they asking us to use it for cuts etc, we paid for full tiles not cuts. They wont replace or refund( even if they refund you still have to pay £55 for delivery for 2 boxes, not the fact you will receive not broken ones) absolute joke, not a company. Wouldnt bother with them again

Great service & good price for the tiles I bought which were not available everywhere. Being able to buy the tiles & then give a date in the future for delivery was wonderful, as I had nowhere to store them but needed to know that I had them. Well packed & delivered.

Excellent service and price .
