Fast delivery and excellent communication
Delivery was very fast. One of the parts was missing but TileMall quickly arranged the supply and pickup in less than 24 hours, giving me regular updates even outside of work hours. Really happy with their service.

Great good old fashioned service!
Looking to purchase 1 silicone tube of a particular colour. Website was easy to navigate. Wrong address given. Contacted Tilemall Pty Ltd and they were prompt, courteous and gave a great service.

Tilemall, so great to deal with.
Tilemall's website is very easy to navigate they have a huge selection with great descriptions and then the ability to order samples of up to five options makes it even better. Then if you order your tiles through them you get the money back for the samples you bought. It is a win win situation when you deal with Tilemall.

I like the experience with the tilemall…
I like the experience with the tilemall but the experience with the delivery company was difficult. There was no service that I can track the delivery and the tracking number I got from the confirmation email wasn’t actually the tracking number so it caused a bit of confusing and delay in our project.

The tiles are excellent quality and were delivered quickly, even though we live in WA
The selection of tiles is extensive. I was nervous ordering tiles online, but am relieved to say they look exactly like to photographs on line.

ADP counter top basins
I have purchased 2 counter top basins on online. I am happy with the whole experience with the company. The service was prompt and efficient from the order to delivery. Their step by step communications to advise me of what’s happening next with my order was a top notch. Each basins were packed separately in small boxes first, wrapped around with bubble packaging, and then packed in bigger boxes to have extra protection, which was excellent. I would use Tilemall again.
