Rigid, unfair policies; no understanding for unavoidable delays; keeps your money unfairly; no respect for long-term customers; poor customer service; values profit over people.
What makes this even worse is that this is a company teaching first aid — a skill built on care, good judgement, and knowing how to adapt when things don’t go to plan. For them to show zero empathy or flexibility when someone faces an unavoidable disruption is shameful and completely contradicts what they claim to teach.
Do not use this company, the y only want your money. They have no compassion and no loyalty.

I had completed all of my first aid training with this company in the past.
However, I would strongly encourage anyone considering booking with them to carefully read their terms and conditions. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of misreading them.
In my experience, the company seemed more concerned about charging additional fees than showing any understanding or flexibility when a genuine problem arose.
This was very disappointing, especially for a company that teaches care, compassion, and helping others.
I was late for my training session due to extensive roadworks and traffic diversions. I became lost and confused and even ended up on a bus travelling in the wrong direction.
As soon as I realised I was going to be late, I called the office several times, left messages, and eventually managed to speak to someone.
When I finally got through, I found the response unhelpful and unsympathetic.
While I was trying to explain what had happened, I was repeatedly asked, "Why?" and was then told that if I wanted to attend the course, I would have to pay the full fee again.
I later received an email from Leanna apologising for the situation.
However, I was informed that if I wished to complete the training, I would need to pay £126 plus VAT to rebook. I was offered a 10% discount, and because I had already completed the e-learning portion of the course, that part could be transferred so I would not have to complete it again.
I understand that companies have policies and procedures, but I also believe there should be some discretion when a customer experiences a genuine and unavoidable situation.
Unfortunately, I felt that no consideration was given to my circumstances, and the focus seemed to be on additional payment rather than finding a reasonable solution.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before booking and to make sure they fully understand the company's terms and conditions before committing.

The booking process was smooth and straightforward, and I really appreciated you accommodating the last minute name change. The online training was well paced, and the test at the end was a helpful way to consolidate everything.
The practical session was outstanding. I can honestly say it was fantastic — the trainer was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and managed to make the day both fun and professional. The final test, although a little nerve racking, was a great addition and a good way to check our understanding.

I completed my course yesterday at the London West Holiday Inn and had a really positive experience. Omar and Nigel led the session and were absolutely amazing. Omar was hilarious and made the session incredibly engaging and fun.
I also want to thank Sammy on the management side, who was very supportive and accommodating after I faced a difficult situation. That level of care and professionalism was truly appreciated.

Fabulous!
This is the third time my company have used Tigerlily in the past 2 years. I cannot fault their communication and the ease of setting the online training for each employee. Our trainer, Terry, had a wonderful sense of humour, making the session informative but also rather entertaining. I will certainly be using Tigerlily in the future for our Paediatric First Aid training.

Highly recommend

VERY INCONSIDERATE PROVIDER
VERY INCONSIDERATE PROVIDER, NO LOYALTY!
We have been using Tigerlily for many years now and have spent a vast amount of money over time, until now. We unfortunately had a situation where a member of our staff booked onto a course, was diagnosed with tonsillitis the day before the course was due to take place. Despite offering to provide medical information to support absence there was absolutely no consideration or compassion and was simply told there was nothing they could do. Where is the loyalty for the regular customer that has declared Tigerlily as their only first aid provider for many years now, including running our own full course only back in September.
Will now be looking for a new provider with some more empathy and loyalty for their customers.

Where to begin! Tigerlily are the most money grabbing, selfish and stone hearted company I have ever come across. Having been a customer of theirs for nearly 10 years, you’d like loyalty would mean something to them…wrong!! I was booked onto a course on a Wednesday. Sadly, something very rare and unexpected happened on the Monday. I contacted tigerlily via email and then followed it up with a call on the Tuesday. It was like speaking to monkey’s - no manger available, no one remotely helpful to speak to. Just constantly ‘there’s nothing I can do’. After going around in circles for ages they agreed to get their manager to call me. As expected, I never received a call back from the manager and I had to constantly chase in order to get a reply. By the end of the week, I finally got a reply from the manager - Sammy, but she couldn’t have been further from helpful is she tried. We’ve spent weeks going back and forth over email as she takes multiple days to weeks to actually reply. Completely unsympathetic towards the situation and wouldn’t even consider moving my booking to a different date. These courses aren’t cheap, yet she suggested I rebook onto a different course and pay again. Is she mad?! What an idiot. As if she thought I’d ever want to book another course through them after the way they’ve treated me given the situation. I’d get it if I was unwell on the day of the course, or something but what happened was a VERY rare incident that prevented me from attending the course and I only knew 2 days before. Absolutely disgusting company and I wouldn’t recommend using them unless you can see into the future by at least 7 days, DO NOT BOOK A TIGERLILY COURSE.
