I find TikTok to be a wonderful community of getting to know others reconnecting with people. It’s a good app to make some money.

Apparently my item was delivered every day for the last 3, guess what ! It never arrived

I ordered a set of leggings from Tictok on 19 November and was pleasantly surprised by the fast delivery — everything arrived within in stated time schedule, securely packaged. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was straightforward. The leggings themselves were exactly as described and of good quality. which gave me confidence in the purchase. Overall, a reliable experience, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for affordable quality items

Tictok banned my account with no explanation. I did not comment but liked certain videos conservatively. They are radical left. Stay away!

Once again, Amazon’s so-called “delivery professional” has proven they have no idea what the word professional even means. My package was left dumped right on my front doorstep, completely exposed and visible to anyone passing by. No attempt to hide it, no thought for security, just pure laziness and incompetence.

Amazon clearly thinks it’s acceptable to leave parcels in plain sight and walk away — as if theft isn’t a real concern! This isn’t convenience, it’s carelessness. If your drivers can’t be trusted to use even basic common sense when delivering, then something is seriously wrong with your training and standards.

I expect better from a company of Amazon’s size and reputation, but lately, it feels like customer care and responsibility have gone out the window. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Parcel delivered to wrong address, clearly showing wrong house number and door colour on picture, would not give refund. Told to call the police as someone as got your parcel. Customer service is useless

I don't use tiktok much, but it's a good app.

Would never trust this company again. I used it for a year or so without no problems. But as soon as I had an issue about non fulfilment of purchased coins, it was a complete disaster. I supplied them with bank statements screen shots but after two months just being fobbed off left right and centre by them issue is still unresolved.

I love tictok I get to stay connected to the whole world with different people around the global

I have ordered quite a few items from tic tok shop and am impressed with speed of delivery and quality of foods. I especially like the wholesale chocolate that you can get. Recommended. This shop is reliable and I shall continue to buy fron them in the future. In fact I have just ordered two boxes of kit kat variety selection at a great price for xmas.

This a great application for self act and puplic messages.

BUYER BEWARE!! Absolutely disgusting and diabolical customer service. They take your money fast enough but you have to fight tooth and nail for a refund even when you can prove you have followed their return procedures. Staff are rude and will lie and all say different things. I was told 48hours then 24hours then ignored. Not a single one cares about the customer’s experience. AVOID. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

I was scared to join titok with all the media about how dangerous it is. I've never felt safer on here than wokebook who ban you for nothing.

I've set up a titok shop and seem to be starting off we'll with it. My content is getting more comments and likes the. Any other social media. The only real issue I have is most businesses down grade to personal accounts. Because personal accounts get all the best music and trends. No one wants some crappy PE bleep test sound for the videos. The non copyrighted music is awfully for business users.

This really needs looking at as the is no point having a business and not using a business account as you don't want to use their poor music choice.

The are vote that are an ongoing issue for any social media these days. You have to regularly clear out bots on your following. I had 35 after clearing it went down to 21. I only want dogs or people with dogs to follow me.
