I tried buying tickets online and wasted 2 hours.

I tried buying tickets online, but got stuck at the point where it asks for a phone number. I tried multiple times to put my phone number in but your program in the computer rejected it every time. Therefore, I had to call and do this over the phone. I wasted one and a half hours with this. The person who was assisting me was nice but could not seem to get anything accomplished quickly. I do not understand why she would put me on hold for 10 minutes at a time to do something which should have been easily accomplished by pressing buttons in a computer. I am disgusted with you and your your service.

What a lifesaver

I had a very confusing reservation to make for 3 family members with Brightline train. I tried to do it myself but just couldn't. I called and spoke to Ivy Carter and what a relief. She was able to book all 3 tickets for us, professionally and courteously. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely make this call again.

I had a very negative experience with…

I had a very negative experience with Ticket Daddy that resulted in significant financial loss and stress.

I purchased two round-trip Brightline tickets through Ticket Daddy for travel between West Palm Beach and Miami. The outbound trip was fine. However, on the return trip, Brightline informed us at the station that our reservation had been moved to a later train without our knowledge.

Brightline claimed they had notified me by email and phone. That turned out to be impossible—because Ticket Daddy had provided Brightline with incorrect and unusable contact information for me. The email address and phone number on file were essentially gibberish. As a result, I never received any notice of the change.

Because of this error, we were denied boarding on the train we booked and paid for, missed our scheduled flight home, and incurred additional expenses and stress. This was especially troubling as we were returning from a medical appointment, and had carefully planned our travel around that flight.

Ticket Daddy’s failure to provide accurate customer information directly caused this chain of events. Had my contact details been correctly transmitted, the situation could have been avoided entirely.

I would strongly caution anyone considering Ticket Daddy to double-check all information or book directly with the transportation provider. This experience was costly, frustrating, and completely avoidable.
The day after I posted my review of Tickets Daddy, I received a phone call urging me to remove it from Trustpilot.
As an inducement, I was given a credit for future Brightline travel. The amount was insultingly small compared to the cost, inconvenience, and aggravation we experienced. It felt less like a resolution and more like another slap in the face.
I will not rescind my review!!!!!!

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and the stress this situation caused, especially given the medical circumstances surrounding your trip. We understand how important smooth travel arrangements are, and we regret that this did not happen in your case.

Ticket Daddy operates as a booking partner and can only create and manage reservations using the systems and tools provided by our transportation partners. In your case, your booking information was successfully transmitted to the portal; however, a technical system error resulted in your correct phone contact not being properly reflected in their records. Because of this, you did not receive the schedule change notification.

As soon as this issue came to our attention, our support team reached out to you both by email and phone to explain what occurred and to provide assistance. We understand that this does not undo the inconvenience you experienced, but we did not ignore the matter and made efforts to communicate and support you once we were aware of the situation.

Regarding the follow-up call, our intention was not to pressure you, but to offer a goodwill travel credit as a gesture of apology. We are sorry if this came across differently — that was never our goal.

We genuinely value customer feedback, even when it is critical, because it helps us improve. We are continuing to work with our partners to reduce the risk of technical data errors like this in the future.

Again, we are sorry your trip ended this way and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
