full scam, they find ticket on skyscanner let's say for 100 euros. And then surprise!! they try to sell the ticket for 200 euros-and they can! Be aware!!!

This review is specifically for the team in the AMS airport, they were beyond helpful on October 27th, thanking Melanie and another gentlemen I am sorry I forgot your name it was alot that day. I am from San Diego, California, and usually your checked luggage is fine to checkin for up to 30 minutes before boarding for domestic and international. AMS is different, apparently you need to be there 2 hours before boarding (wtf) and American Airlines wouldn't check my luggage in and offered a rebook but the next one would be 30 hour flights (wtf). This team at the kiosk was calm, cool, and empathetic of my situation in needing to get back to America for work ASAP. They helped me in distress, and I booked the best option possible. Little did we know, it was also a tough situation that wouldn't get me in America on time for a work conference, here is what they did. They walked up to Lufthansa luggage check in with me, they helped in person and on the phone sort out with Luftthansa, they counciled me on the best options despite setbacks and risk to reward ratio, and importantly they were empathetic and even stressed just like me! They wanted the best outcome for me. After all said and done, I booked a compromise type of flight getting me to America despite not being at the most optimal time, it's nothing I can't manage myself. I got back to America, but I really want to thank the team that day. Hopefully Ticketbook corp sees this and looks up that team and rewards them.

Missed our flight from Amsterdam to Singapore because the train we took from Rotterdam to Amsterdam broke down in the middle of nowhere. We were stranded for hours on the train before finally arriving at Schiphol Airport tired and frustrated. Under the circumstances when we felt lost and anxious, Imma and Ouiam from Ticketbook assisted us patiently and efficiently, helping us research our options and replan our trip home. Our personal experience was a most delightful one, without their assistance we wouldn't have been able to coordinate another trip home at the 11th hour so smoothly. Thank you very much ladies.

Literal scam. Its insane that Schiphol allows these scammers in departure 3. Their website has no information at all, its all a scam and they just give you a fake paper. Of course the flight didn't even exist. And its a 'official' desk. Insane really.

Had a canceled flight from AMS to CPH from easyjet. Ticketbook offered me (and several other customers) alternative flights on the same day with a promise the airline will refund all the cost. Those tickets were extremely overpriced 800 euros approx and the airline by policy only reimbursed 500 euros. They reject now any complains about this and are not willing to pay back the difference for the afdecred customer.
