Thanks for reaching out, and we're truly sorry to hear about your experience. Please understand that verifying identity is a regulatory requirement to ensure the security of all our players, especially when there's a potential account duplication.
We know it can be frustrating, and we appreciate your patience. If additional documents were requested, it's only to meet verification standards, not to cause inconvenience. When I was losing, I was asked to verify my identity, which I successfully did. When I started winning, I was asked to verify my identity again, and it turned out that I had failed the verification for a completely made-up reason: a multi-account. I provided all the requested documents for verification, including a video of me writing the date and website name on a piece of paper. However, this is not necessary, as all they need is an excuse to ban you. Anyone who starts winning will be banned. Now my account is closed and I can't even log in, they stole my 5200+ USDT. SCAM company. I d`not recommend

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're genuinely sorry to hear how frustrated you feel.
We take identity verification and account integrity extremely seriously to ensure a fair and secure environment for all players. While we understand how upsetting this situation must be, we want to clarify that verification processes—including re-verification—can be triggered for various reasons, including regulatory compliance and security checks. These measures are not tied to whether a player is winning or losing.
Allegations of multiple accounts are taken very seriously and are thoroughly investigated based on evidence. If your account was flagged for violating our terms and conditions, including the use of multiple accounts, this would be the result of an internal review—not simply due to your account activity.
We absolutely do not withhold funds without a valid reason. If you believe your case was mishandled, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our support team through official channels with your case ID or account details, so we can provide a more detailed explanation or assist in escalating the matter.
We’re here to help resolve issues fairly and transparently.

Forced Verification After Deposits 4600$
I am submitting an official complaint regarding the unjustified delay in completing my account verification process.
I have made seven deposits totaling $3,550, and only after my first withdrawal attempt was I suddenly asked to go through verification. All the requested documents were submitted in full, yet the verification process has still not been completed.
My inquiries to support are always met with generic responses like "please wait" or "your request has been forwarded to the relevant department," without any clear explanation or timeframe.
This feels unfair and raises concerns about the integrity of the process. I kindly ask that you complete the verification as soon as possible or provide a detailed status update with a clear deadline.
Sincerely,
GoodAustin

The most professional eSports betting site！
This is a betting website with high limits and a high degree of exclusivity for CS and Valorant, strongly recommended for players who enjoy playing these two games.
Here, I would like to thank my VIP host Janssen, who provides super professional VIP service. I was able to reach Challenger level on this website entirely because of his help.

Ignored during verification. 1670$
I put it on withdrawal, they sent me for verification. I provided all the requested documents during verification, but they still ignore me. They say that they have some technical problems with the mail, and allegedly do not see my letter. At the same time, they receive a letter that I must send them a photo again, if I do not do this, then they will simply write off my entire balance. How can you do this?

They blocked my account right away…
They blocked my account right away after I made a deposit of 1k usd. They're totally scam. Police complaint will be made. They are basically thieves.
They let me make deposit and then suddenly blocked my account asking for documents claiming I have duplicate accounts. I told them I never had account there, never claiming bonuses, there's no point on having multiple accounts. Since I didn't won or something like that and if they doesn't want me to play I asked them to return the deposit back to the address deposit has been made but no, they refused. They literally stole my money. They operating without license. Big fraud! Be aware!!
Later Edit: after sending them all the documents they refused to send me deposit back. They're the big big fraud.

Amazing Customer Service and Protection Measure
Amazing Customer Service.
I WD'ed ~$600 and my account got suspended.
However they gave me a notification from web, and also reached out to me via email that I need to verify my account by submitting my ID Card and take a selfie with it (it's for your account's safety).
After I sent the email along with the needed requirements, an hour later my WD went through, and the suspend was lifted.
I was kinda shocked before you guys notified me that I need to verify, I thought I was scammed. But it was all good.
Thank you!
