I was awarded the missing points without delay. They proved themselves to be both trustworthy and kind.

Love the platform. Never had an issue with it, and they are responsive unlike others.

The surveys will come to my email and I'll click on them to participate. They usually tell me I don't qualify, but only after I give 3 to 5 minutes of my time to "pre-qualify". I feel like I've been doing this for 3 or 4 months just to finally cash out yesterday for less than $6. I'm contemplating if it is worth my time.

It's a good survey site but I do not qualify for very many surveys, so I do not use this site as often as other survey sites

I requested an Amazon Gift card to redeem points. I expected it to take several days, but it was in my email within minutes. So easy.

Most of the surveys are great and valid. I only had one that took me all the way to the end and then didn’t work and put me back to the beginning and that was frustrating after I had answered all of the questions. I still haven’t got any surveys to try any new products which is what I’d really like to do. I’m hoping those will come soon.

Like that the surveys are pretty easy, the low amount to get a gift card is good

I was invited to sign up with Thrifty Pig a month or so ago. I was happy to since most of the sites I've joined most of the years don't have Paypal of an option.

I was also happy to see that I cashed out in a week or so. Granted, I need to use phone verification.

I then expected a similar situation only to wait almost 3 weeks before cashing out a couple of days ago.

It'd be one thing if I had more accounts up. And if I didn't need to shop. However, since that's not the case, I can't give it too high a rating.

Too many surveys were done without compensation.

I would of gave thrifty pug five stars but lately I have not qualified for as many and it has become discouraging

I have written to ThriftyPig twice asking questions about surveys and never receive answers. It seems they do not have anyone in their support section to help. They do give rewards but if you have a problem, don’t bother to ask for help because they do not respond.
