I would also give a minus rating ,the company is fake, they take your money and disappear. I contacted my bank and they refunded the amount paid for the ironing board

If there is zero ratings I could have given them that . I placed the order on February 20, 2026 and I have the confirmation number but never received my iron table.IT IS A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I also emailed the company and I did not receive any response.

I purchased the ironing board as well and it never arrived I went back to check my e-mail for my confirmation and my e-mail was gone
I did not delete it either
I had the charge on my credit card and can’t find that either
It’s like they vanished
What a scam and fraud
Out my money and can’t even try to get it back because all the order information has disappeared

Like the other reviews on this site, my wife ordered an ironing board from them on Feburary 23rd. As of today, no ironing board and no response from them on a delivery date. I think it is safe to assume we will never get it or our money back.

Scammers! They have taken my money for a iron board i have ordered, they sent me the confirmation and even the tracking number, according to my research was in fact a tracking number of 2 years old for goods already delivered to a UK address! They have completely dissapeared since. Their way of acting is to wait just after your card payment is cleared by the bank then you don’t hear from them!

Product advertised well and good value- or so I thought. Payment went through straight away but no delivery. No replies to emails. Company have vanished!!! Waste or time, effort and money.

Don't order; it's a con. I ordered a 360° ironing board via the Shop app, thinking in mid-Feb that the company was Kosha. I got confirmation the same day, never received the item, and cannot track it. I have filed a claim with my bank. Don't waste your money like I did. £31 is £31.

Ordered the ironing board 18th Feb and not here. Obviously a scam company. Will be reporting to trading standards.

I also ordered an ironing board after reading the alleged Trustpilot reviews. They weren't great reviews, but I thought good enough for me. I never received the item, bit i did receive an empty package 6" x 4". They replied to my enquiries twice, promising a refund, then nothing. After this experience, I'll never trust a Trustpilot review, again.

I never received the package, and two other family members purchased the same item. I believe that this was a bona-Fide scam.

I ordered an ironing board from this site and it is an absolute scam cost me £31 and got a confirmation email then nothing at all. I had read lots of reviews and nobody has received their order. I did some research and they originate from Columbia. Their website has now disappeared. It’s horrendous how much frauds and scams are going on through social media. 😡😡😡
