Threemo is the best service I’ve ever dealt with. They helped me with my remortgage with additional borrowing for essential maintenance from a new lender.
My broker recommend them: he said his team have tried a few different ones ‘trial and error’ over time and they now stick with Threemo.
Threemo’s service was outstanding. Communication clear and concise. I struggle to fully understand the legal side of house buying or remortgages: they replied to my queries straight away: explained things in a non jargon way. The app they have is brilliant- really easy to use, straightforward and very easy to view the progress. The team helped me with uploading documents and prompted me with any reminders of tasks I needed to complete. They are efficient and made my whole remortgage experience stress free. Im really happy!

The service has been excellent and we would highly recommend this company for all conveyancing needs, we have moved several times over the years and have always had negative dealing with other solicitors due to lack of communication. This couldn’t be further from the truth with Threemo, and the portal they use is so helpful to track where you are in the process.
