Everything is such great value too!
When I have needed to talk to customer services they have always been quick and clear at communicating.
The products I receive have always come beautifully packaged and so well looked after I absolutely love it for my bridal party

Company staff can't count to four
I ordered these on the basis of the 2-4 business days delivery promised on the website. A few days after ordering, yodel informed me that they'd be with me in roughly 5 days.
I made contact to state that the item should be with me by now, and the very rude advisor on live chat told me that delivery was up to four working days.... I had to explain what 4 working days meant and have them count the days, yet they still wouldn't admit they were wrong.
After a little back and forth, they eventually agreed to cancel the order and refund me. Overall, a very poor experience and I cannot recommend this company.

The customer placed their order on Thursday evening, and our delivery timeframe is 1-4 business days. On Monday, the customer reached out to our customer agent with an expectation that the order should have already arrived and, unfortunately, communicated in a disrespectful tone. The estimated delivery window, however, allowed for arrival by the latest date of Wednesday. There was no extended back and forth the order was quickly canceled, and a refund was issued immediately.
This review appears to misrepresent the situation, as it does not accurately reflect what actually happened. :-D
That being said, we truly appreciate all the wonderful reviews from our previous customers. x

I love ordering from thoughtfully stuffed for occasions, they always provide a quick turn around, great service and an overall great experience. People I gift the baloons to love the concept as do I. Definitely my go to for gift giving!

Lovely service , used them for my nieces & nephews birthday. Customer service is excellent and professional. Reasonable price. The balloons looked amazing.

I came across thoughtfully stuffed on Instagram and i loved the products . The customer service was amazing. I was always kept informed and updated , was asked if I was happy with what I wanted in the balloon or if I wanted to change anything. Delivered on time , i will defiantly be ordering again from them soon. Happy Customer :)
