I ordered a shirt for my wife's birthday and paid for expedited shipping so it would get here in time. But they never sent it. So I wrote an email asking what happened and they eventually got a replacement shirt in the mail to me. But when the replacement arrived it was not only too late for my wife's birthday, it was the wrong color. I wrote back asking for a refund and they just ignore every email after that.

I suspect I just got scammed out of my money and will probably have to take this up with my credit card company.

Ordered on Monday afternoon and had my shirts by Thursday via UPS - that's exactly what they promised on the site. One small hiccup where the tracking didn't update for a day, but when I reached out, support checked with the carrier and got back to me within hours with an update.
The shirts themselves are solid - 100% cotton on the solid colors, nice drape and comfortable fit. Print work is clean with sharp edges. Good experience all around, and their customer service really made the difference when I had that tracking concern.

I've ordered from a lot of custom tee places and Thoged really stands out. The print quality is exceptional colors are vibrant and accurate to what I saw on screen. The shirt material feels like quality cotton, not thin or scratchy. What impressed me most was the packaging. Arrived in a rigid mailer that protected everything perfectly, with a nice belly band around the folded shirt. Arrived crease-free and ready to wear. The whole experience felt premium for what I paid.

Place to order on December 15. I’ve only received one email saying that the item has shipped. I have sent an email and I’m waiting on a response. I have not received any updates where the item is in transit today is December 23. Looks like I won’t get it in time.
