AVOID this company. Really bad customer service. Item not received after 2 weeks. Emailed and was told that the item had been marked dispatched incorrectly. Was told that the item would be dispatched that day. Still waiting with no communication from them. Have now been told that Royal Mail did not pick up their parcels. Constant poor excuses for why the item has not been sent.

Easy to purchase and efficient delivery.
Quality good but not quite as good as expected.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I received an email to say my parcel had been delivered, well not to me it hadn’t. I sent the company numerous emails with no reply, I also messaged on live chat (not very live) as no one replied. I eventually gave up, and was about to do a charge back with my bank, when my delivery miraculously appeared 43 days later. WILL NEVER BUY FROM AGAIN.

I ordered the Thistle Egyptian Cotton Luxury Soft Bathrobe Absorbent Dressing Gown Cotton 400 GSM × 1, Shawl - Black.

The dressing gown sheds very badly and ends up all over the house. You will end up just using a regular bath towel to dry off and remove the gown's lint from you for a while.
I tried to give the benefit of the doubt so I washed it a few more times and was shaking it outside as maybe it would stop shedding lint. It doesn't.

Of course, their delivery policy states that you cannot return used items, therefore it's only once you've used it the first time you'll realise how bad it is.
Delivery took several days but I could forgive this if the product was good quality. It is not.

Avoid at all costs. Pay the extra and get a better one elsewhere.

Paid in full but still not received my goods 5 weeks later.
Emailed several time however no one ever gets back to me.
Just on with trading standards as this company has taken payment for goods not yet delivered.

I ordered 2 robes around the 26th of april, and it is now the 14th of may with absolutely no updates at all on when it will be shipped or where it is. and i have emailed the company with no reply either

This is the first delivery company, fresh meals in front of my doorsteps. I am amazed that food is delicious and healthy. All breakfast meals are fulfilling, tasty, and good portions, lunches were satisfying and tasty with organic nutritiously prepared, dinner was very good that I don’t feel bad waking up the next day because what I ate the night before. Lastly, the snacks is to die for ( you gonna have to try it yourself) I can’t explain it. I tried it for a week and cut back all my cravings for couple of days. Yes, small portion of healthy food is worth continuing especially if you want to stay healthy mentally and physically. The reason I canceled was I need to shop around more on other companies. I read some reviews here that I can relate with delivery bags. I think the company can improve in that area. But for now, I suggest to consider to eat healthier with budget. Getting sick is more expensive so don’t make excuses to spend money on food that benefits you and your love ones.

I bought a robe, used it for a few days then the hanging tab broke, I took a picture and sent it to them explaining what had happened and I have not had a response.

Bought a dressing-gown. Quite thick and made of cotton are big bonuses, but sadly there is a copious amount of loose threads appearing all over it before even going in the wash once.
Unable to say whether this is a fault with my order, or intrinsic to the product.

Very pleased with dressing gown. Excellent quality and good value for money.

Everything was perfect. It would have been good to know the exact day of delivery when you don't pay for delivery but I didn't really mind.

I was pleased to receive a new dressing gown for Christmas and threw out my old one which was looking tired and washed out. Big mistake. The Thistle gown I received is very poorly made. The stitching holding the two halves of the collar together has completely fallen out leaving a big hole. The stitching on the belt is also falling out and the belt will soon fall apart. The stitching on the cuffs is also falling out and the cuffs are a wash or two away from failing completely. This is easily the worst made garment I've owned for many years. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

I have already received a Dressing Gown which I liked but it was too small round the waist.
I gave you my testimonial when you asked and also said that it was too small, did you do a larger one. - No reply.
You are now sending me another that I did not ask for and you have taken a payment on 18th January.
Please give me a larger one if you can and take back the first (and second one if it arrives)

The robe is just too big as it is universal size it was massive and wish to return it
