Very positive experience
The products I ordered came in a really nice box, beautiful packaging. Both items ordered were very good quality and i’m sure they’ll last a while. Lastly, I got a handwritten note thanking me for supporting their business.

The product I ordered from Greenhaus was damaged in transit, but they replaced it immediately and were very apologetic. Very good customer service and speedy resolution.

Great Customer Service
Ordered Lions Mane supplements, they accidentally sent Cordyceps. I emailed them and they replied within half an hour saying I could keep them and they’d send me replacements that same day! Great company and super friendly! Hand written note in the box was an amazing touch!

Amazing range of products
Amazing range of products, tried a fair few things from Greenhaus, the CBD gummies and Super Mush spray have been definite winners for me so far! Quick delivery and wicked site, excited to try some more products :)

Great customer service - emailed to find out more about some ingredients and staff were super helpful and quick to respond. Also great selection of products from the US that I haven't found anywhere else in the UK!
