The best electrolyte
It's the best electrolyte on the market. I've tried many other brands, but Thirst is by far the best, so much so that I bought six boxes, one of each flavour.

I started using this Thirst after my gym sessions, and the difference is amazing. I feel less fatigued and recover faster. The flavours are natural and not too sweet. Shipping was fast, and the websites easy to navigate. Highly recommend for athletes or anyone active.

More than hydrated
I always try to stay hydrated when travelling and on long flights but struggle to remember. But did not forget with these as they taste great and felt like I was doing a better job of absorbing the water with added minerals and electrolytes. Really handy pushes too so very happy with it

Marathon PB incoming!!
I have recently switched to Thirst as I train towards my next marathon. The flavours are great and I’ve found that taking a stick 30 mins before a run out makes me feel way more hydrated and gives me confidence that I can perform at my best. After longer runs I often take a second stick to help me recover as quickly as possible. I definitely feel like adding Thirst into my routine is going to help lead to some new PBs 💪
