I would like to thank Think Property Management for their support in helping me resolve an ongoing issue with my apartment.
The situation took much longer than expected and was very stressful at times, but I am grateful for the support and assistance I received, particularly from Jess, who stayed in contact with me and continued to help throughout the process until the repairs were finally completed.
I really appreciate the effort, patience and understanding shown to me during what was a difficult and lengthy situation. It made a real difference knowing that someone was listening and helping to move things forward.

As a landlord I needed some advice on setting up a new tenancy agreement for existing tenants ..

Great service from both a contractor and tenant perspective
I’ve worked with Think Property as a maintenance contractor and I’m also a tenant with them, so I’ve experienced their service from both sides.
From a contractor’s point of view, they’re great to work with. Communication is clear, maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, and they genuinely care about getting things resolved properly and to a high standard.
As a tenant, any issues I’ve reported have been dealt with quickly, professionally and hassle-free. You get that personal approach you’d expect from a good independent agent, where you can actually speak to people who know the properties and care about getting things sorted.
I’d happily recommend Think Property to landlords I know and would have no hesitation putting landlords in touch with them based on my own experience working with the team and being one of their tenants.
