Things Engraved originally “opened shop” in 1982, with less than a dozen locations across Canada. Over the years, the company expanded into more than 100 retail locations stretching Coast-to-Coast. With changing times came changing strategies, and in January 2020 the company was purchased by online retailer Bloomex Inc., who introduced and implemented a successful online sales model which allowed both existing and new customers the opportunity to order the same high-quality, personalized gifts they have come to know and trust from the comfort of their homes – no need to go to a busy mall. They also reinvented their retail locations into trendy boutique style, retail storefronts offering one-stop mixed-market gift shopping with custom personalization done on the premises. For decades, Things Engraved has been the premier destination for Canadians seeking personalized gifts to mark that special occasion with a custom engraved or embroidered gift that is sure to be treasured. We have also recently started offering sublimation products – a process which allows you to personalize virtually anything! We now offer UV Printing, DTG, DTF and so much more! Under our new leadership, we will continue to offer the best personalized gifts that Canadians want at competitive prices.

Almost perfect!

I appreciated the quick responses and the patience when handling repeated requests for edits and changes.

Two points I would have appreciated:

1. I never had the name of who I was dealing with online. It felt a bit impersonal.

2. The mock ups were good, but it would have been helpful to see my product (an engraved name plate) on something to get a better idea of how it might look. A computerized example, perhaps.

Confusing website, incorrect order

The web site was confusing and difficult to navigate. My order was initially incorrect and it took multiple messages with the company to correct the issues. But the company seemed friendly and eager to help.

Excellent experience from order to delivery

Right from the time of placing the order the customer service is excellent. Responses and turn around was super quick. And once approved the item was customized and shipped really fast. I got to see the product that was shipped as a gift and i can say it was good quality and I will definitely order again. So my experience has been amazing. And I am very happy to have found a Canadian company, I can support.

Excellent company from start to finish

From start to finish this company has been great .. I reached out with an idea of what I wanted and some not the greatest quality pics/logos. And even with poor qaulity logos,they made my plaque perfect. Im very happy with what i ordered. Communication back and forth thru email was easy and fast. Would highly recommend
