Polite and professional service
Very happy with the The YBR, Kish was very professional and made the whole experience very easy. I wanted to rent and he found a perfect place for me, I asked many questions and he listened and answered all of them (thank you Kish for your patience.)
I would highly recommend YBR and I would 100% use them again.

Kish from YBR helped us through what I thought would be the most difficult process ever (this is what we had been told by numerous friends and family) but I kept waiting for it to get hard and it didn’t. He was amazing, and really made us feel at ease through the whole our purchasing process. You could tell he really knew the area and had built really great relationships - and this was just so vital for us. I would highly recommend YBR for anyone looking to buy or rent in the South London area.

Great experience in my first ever property purchase
A friend recommended I speak to Kish at YBR, and initially I was hesitant as I hadn't heard of the company. I had a lot of questions about the property market in general and I felt Kish gave me really honest views which seemed really backed up with evidence and an impressive understanding of the economy etc. What was nice is that it didn't feel like I was dealing with my stereotypical impression of an estate agent, I felt a lot more supported holistically than I expected (sort of like they were project managers who were working together with me).
Most of all, I felt I was really important to them as a customer and not just another number.
I hadn't bought a property before and was quite anxious given the sums of money involved, but I trusted I was getting good advice. Really pleased to say I managed to complete on my property and aside from my solicitors giving me a few headaches, the process was really smooth. I have a lot to thank YBR and Kish specifically for that. I would definitely use them again and have recommended to all my friends and family!
