Great service

Easy to work with. Sourced the watch in good time. Reasonable pricing. Answered all my questions, even after I had bought the watch. Strongly recommend!

I would happily recommend The Wrist Company…

I had a really positive experience dealing with this jeweller. Despite giving them fairly short notice, they were able to source the exact watch and specification I wanted very quickly, and at a better price than I was expecting.

I also part-exchanged a watch with them. While it wasn’t the highest offer I received elsewhere, it was still very fair, and the overall convenience of handling everything in one smooth transaction made it an easy decision. The process was clear, straightforward, and well communicated throughout.

All things considered, I’m very glad I went with them over other options. The ease of the process and the peace of mind made a big difference, and I would happily recommend them.

Check that their claims of a recent service have paperwork to back it up before purchasing

If I could leave zero, I would. Do not trust their advertisements. I recently bought a Rolex which said it had recently been serviced. Which it seems to say on a lot of their advertisements for watches for sale.. I sent my watch off the Rolex for a service which should’ve cost around £800 only to be met with over a £2000 bill. Three attempts to contact the company zero correspondence back from them. I was strongly suggest asking for a copy of any recent service they claim has been done.

We take all feedback seriously, but after conducting a full internal audit of every watch bought and sold by our business so far in 2025, we can confirm that the events described in this review are not consistent with any transaction or customer interaction we have had.

Here are the key findings from our audit:
• We have bought and sold 91 watches in the past 11 months
• None of these watches were serviced by us
• 83 Rolex watches were sold, and none were advertised or sold as “recently serviced”
• Only two Rolex watches were old enough to qualify for a service, and both were sold to industry traders, who have confirmed no issues
• We have no record of any customer experiencing a service cost of £2,000+
• We have no emails, calls, or messages matching the reviewer’s claim
• The reviewer has not responded to our requests for basic proof (such as an order number or invoice)

Based on our verified sales and communication records, it is not possible that this review relates to a genuine transaction with our company.

We remain fully transparent and are happy to speak directly with any genuine customer who has concerns. However, we kindly ask that anyone leaving feedback ensures it reflects an actual experience with us.

I recently bought a datejust Wimbledon from them & had an Absolutely fantastic experience. Very professional guys and beat any other price I saw online for a watch with even better condition! Fantastic Service

Fantastic customer service, great price and always find the best examples of what I’m after. Highly recommend the wrist company as this is the 3rd watch these guys have sourced and supplied to myself, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my watches now!!!!

Professional and Trustworthy

What can be a daunting experience, especially when part exchanging a watch is a thing of the past when dealing with The Wrist Company.

Completely professional from the off and was an absolute pleasure dealing with TWC.

Bought my first watch from these guys

Bought my first watch from these guys. Good service. Looked after me from the get go. The price was better than others on the market. Would definitely go to them again for another watch!

Excellent from start to finish!

Found Ahmed and the Wrist Company via Chrono 24. Professional and prompt responses. Outstanding service buying and selling. Highly recommended in a tough market, it’s great to find nice guys to deal with. All the very best as you build you business, keep doing what you do. I’ll be back..!

A Star service definitely recommended

Sold my watch to Ahmed and I couldn’t have asked for an easier more pleasant experience. Super professional made me a solid offer and when we met up he was courteous and polite. Will definitely work with them again. Thanks again
