Nice model and good service
They had a stand at Sywell 2024 but did not have the Sea Vixen I wanted. Despite that they honoured their show price when I ordered on-line the following week. Prompt delivery and a nice model. Response to queries via email was very prompt but not so good if you use the land line as it reverted to an answering service on the three occasions I tried it and I did not get a call back. Stick with the mobile number or email.

Love the The Wooden Model Company
My T-Shirt arrived very quickly , but there was a discrepancy between availability on the website and the actual stock. This was a very small disappointment but handled very promptly and professionally by the staff at the The Wooden Model Company.
I will be coming back again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others

Had to wait a while for stock due to deliveries being affected by the Sudan shipping problems, however the quality of the product is excellent and worth the wait.

Amazing Gift Idea
I received my chosen items but finger problems caused me to select the wrong one. I contacted customer service, who were brilliant and simply understood and asked me to return and they would swop and post my proper selection back to me.
