Good information and easy to use website.
The website was easy to use when looking at the variety of products and when it come to paying. There wasn't too much choice and the products looked good.
I was particularly pleased with the video with the sound of the chimes.
Free delivery a bonus and they came quickly too. Really pleased to give my custom to a British company!

Chimes were gift wrapped for a Silver…
Chimes were gift wrapped for a Silver Wedding Anniversary. They were sent direct so won't be opened until the 26 March. I am sure that they will be delighted as we have Woodstock chimes bought in Oregon, USA and they are still as good as new 5 years on.

Happiness is......
I saw the item at a clients house and after taking a photo and doing a Google image search found The Wind Chime Shop. It arrived safely with the instructions for my postie written clearly on the outside in beautifully clear handwriting. I was really impressed with The Wind Chime Shop (thewindchimeshop.co.uk). The website is easy to navigate, and I loved being able to listen to the chimes before buying. The range is fantastic, and the ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was quick, and the packaging was secure. The wind chimes were beautiful and made a delightful gift, though they were slightly smaller than I had expected. Overall, a great experience, and I would recommend them. 4 stars!
