A lovely small business to buy from
I bought two chimes as gifts (not for the first time) but initially just received one. One very quick phone call confirmed that they'd already picked up on the mistake. I received the second chime next day—in good time for us to take with us on holiday. Everyone makes mistakes but it's how people respond that makes all the difference. In this case very quickly and with plenty of humour as well as humility. The chimes are great too!

You'll love your windchime
We are absolutely thrilled with the windchime. The tone is just gorgeous and absolutely what we expected it to sound like, from what we listened to on the website. I rang this company before placing our order with a question. The gentleman was very personable, very helpful and told me exactly when it would be despatched. Upon arrival I was instantly impressed with the brown paper packaging, it was beautifully done showing a lot of care had been taken from the get go, setting the tone (excuse the pun!!) for what lay inside. We were blown away with this. Very impressed, great customer service, very smooth ordering process and would highly recommend.

Bought as Birthday present
