The Weight Clinic is a UK online pharmacy clinic providing personalised, pharmacist-led weight management care to eligible adults. We offer access to Mounjaro, Wegovy injection and the Wegovy pill, where clinically appropriate and approved by one of our specialist weight loss prescribers. Our service is built around ongoing patient support, not simply supplying medication. Every patient completes an online health assessment, and video consultations are available seven days a week whenever support is needed. Our specialist prescribers review each patient individually, answer questions and make sure the requested treatment is safe, suitable and appropriate. We support people starting treatment for the first time, as well as those transferring from another provider with evidence of their current prescription. Patients can contact our team through their online dashboard or by telephone for guidance throughout their treatment journey. We also provide ongoing reviews to monitor progress, discuss side effects and confirm that treatment remains suitable. Medication is dispensed by our own pharmacy and sent using next day tracked delivery. There is no subscription lock-in, and patients remain in control of their treatment at every stage.

I use my passport to apply schengen visa and it is not with me, i adk them if they can accept photo but nobody reply me and i call them but nobody answer the phone

The process of setting up an appointment was fine. However, I felt misled: I completed the pre-assessment, and it said I qualified, but then the pharmacist asked me literally the same questions and disqualified me based on the same criteria. If it is a tick-box exercise, and not a service, I would much rather it told me I don't qualify straight away, and I wouldn't need to do this process.

I can't recommend The Weight Clinic highly enough!
I was on Mounjaro for a while, but when the prices hikes happened, I had to stop because I simply couldn't afford to continue.
A friend recommended The Weight Clinic, and I was shocked to find their prices are almost half of what I'd seen anywhere else.
I honestly couldn't believe it, and I was so relieved to finally find an affordable option.

My experience with The Weight Clinic has been genuinely excellent from start to finish. Every stage of the process, from the first consultation right through to getting my treatment, was handled with real professionalism and efficiency.
I was especially impressed by my pharmacist prescriber, Ali Al Sibahi. He took real care to get a full picture of my medical history, walked me through every treatment option available, and was upfront about both the benefits and the possible side effects before anything was decided. At no point did I feel like I was being hurried along, he was patient, easy to talk to, and clearly knew his subject well, which made a real difference to how comfortable I felt.
The medication itself turned up quickly, and the clinic kept me in the loop the whole way through.
