Placed an order of two shirts for 80 euros, after the payment was done i did not get any confirmation email and the website doesn't show any placed orders. Tried contacting the webbsite support which went back and forth telling me to "contact the UK store support" and then to "contact the US store support". Basically i lost the 80 euros and haven't gotten the money back or any order.

I brought the "Thursday" vinyl in 2021. It was supposed to be delivered April 2022 . I contacted them in June 2022 since I has still had not received the vinyl and it had been over a year. On July 7th 2022 they emailed me and said my order could not be fulfilled (really? after an entire year you JUST found out you couldn't fulfill orders?!?!) I emailed their crappy customer service and they emailed back saying they had already refunded my account however they refunded it to a CLOSED BANK ACCOUNT! That bank acct has been closed for a year so how did you refund my money to it?! How does that even work?! This is the WORST customer service on Earth. Worse than Wal-Mart & McDonalds combined. I will never buy anything from The Weeknd and his scamming "shop" again

Bought a T-shirt and 2 hoodies and the hoodies are too small. Been emailing them for weeks trying to get a refund. Save your money and don’t buy from them!

Ordered multiple packages in early 2020 and now it is almost 2022 never received my package really dissapointed.

I purchased a hoodie for my daughter's birthday from this site. Firstly, I was very surprised when the item arrived looking like an item purchased on eBay, being delivered in a plain grey plastic bag. No tags on the product as you would expect from official merchandise and the image transfer on the hoodie was very poor quality with lots of bits of transfer all over it. I gave it to her anyway as I knew she would love it. However, after just 2 washes (following wash instructions exactly) the image on the hoodie is completely unrecognisable from the original image. I wish there was a facility to upload photos to show how poor the quality of this item is. I have contacted the suppliers to seek a refund and will update this review based on how they deal with this issue. However, this will not resolve the fact that my Daughter's Birthday was ruined.

Still haven’t received a hoodie I ordered at the beginning of December to arrive in plenty of time for Xmas. Now mid January and have had no dispatched email, and having chased multiple times finally had a response saying stock ‘should arrive in the next 3-14 days and you will receive a dispatch email once the item has been shipped’. No explanation of what happened, why I was sold the item if it has been out of stock for so long, and terrible customer service.

placed and order on april 2nd a sweatshirt, a vinyl and a keychain, i haven't received any items or shipping updates, customer service has been unresponsive to my emails. This is extremely frustrating, just want my merch or my money back.

I ordered a keychain five months ago and have not received anything. They take days to respond claiming higher than normal volume inquiries.

I ordered a key change back in March, and haven't heard a peep from the website or their team. I will keep trying to reach out, even though I don't expect to get it now. It'a currently september 8

I’m still waiting on a keychain shirt and poster is been about 20 weeks I’ve reached out and still nothing this is ridiculous

The worst and I mean WORST service I have ever experienced. I ordered two separate orders around 1 month apart one was a deck of cards and other was a shirt. Firstly the deck of Cards took about 3 months to come. Secondly I hadn’t received my shirt for 5 months total. I sent around 30 emails back and forth explaining I want a refund as it was too late to give as a birthday present. They agreed to give me a refund and said it would arrive in 7-10 business days. I waited over 20 days and I received $22 AUD. They had refunded me for the deck of cards when I wanted it for the shirt. Not only that, but the deck of cards was 22 USD which calculates to around $30 AUD. I explained I wanted it for the shirt and they got back to me last minute saying they realised it was from the Australian store and have no contact with them. So I message the aus store and turns out they apparently “just received it” in the warehouse. So 5 months and 50 Emails later, I did not end up getting a refund. I will never purchase from this store again and I highly suggest no one else does.

20 weeks wait for my vinyl and nothing comes .

Everyone expecting for the product to arrive at their door soon, complaining how long it takes are at fault. It is merch from a music artists website; long delivery is 'Buying Merch 101' . They start making the merch after it has been released to prevent losing any money considering the cost of each item.

The quality of the shirt is great though. The print is clean with great quality. The shirt quality is absolutely amazing. It isn't that regular soft fabric as you would expect it to be (like most shirts) but it feels like it will last a long time if washed/dried properly and gently.

I don't care too much about how long the item took to get here. It is not a good enough reason to drop a star off. I'm just glad the shirt itself is good overall.

I am so disappointed by this website, and especially but customer service, I ordered a hoodie 10 Weeks ago and still don’t have it, I asked for a refund 3 Weeks ago after they offered, this has still not been done, would NOT recommend As they raked aaages to reply (about 5 working days every time) they always agree to having made a mistake, but never actually do anything to make things better. I’m still waiting for my money back...

I bought my daughter VIP passes to his upcoming concert...1500 dollars worth. My daughter has ordered apparel back in March and has gotten the run around as to why it has not arrived -- HORRIBLE communication and customer service. I think The Weeknd should step in and understand how bad this is for PR. No secondary carrier mentioned, no communication on when it is to be received then my daughter gets told that she will have to pay duty once it ships to Canada with no mention of this originally. I can tell you I am having my 1500 dollars refunded and we won't be attending the 2021 concert.... Even dealing with ticket master has been painful! Beware!

Extremely helpful customer service. Had an issue with an order not completing previously as payment did not get taken and the order disappeared off the account.

I was originally supposed to receive a early access code with the order to purchase tour tickets, when this code didn't not come through, I contacted the customer service team who made me aware the order cancelled as I had no notification it failed but also kindly sent me a code for the early access due to inconvenience.

The customer service team are extremely helpful and were quick to respond as it originally stated it could take a few days but they had responded the next morning.

Merch deliveries can take a while which I know can seem inconvenient but it's always stated in the description, so you always know where you stand and have never had issue recieving products from both the UK and US stores on numerous occasions.
