I have bought time pieces for my collection. Given these purchases take a significant amount of time to research and require a lot money to purchase. I have generally stayed with known local outlets that I know to acquire my watches.
I have bought 4 time pieces from the watch outlet. They were moderate purchases at first. These were new timepieces. The communication is clear and accurate. The delivery is quick and easily traceable. Pricing is fair, and often better than I have found elsewhere. Those who are collectors - the Watch Outlet is place you can on for used or new time pieces. To those who are just looking to buy a nice watch and don’t know who to call to trust - again - call the watch outlet!!!
I will use them again... soon!

Jean-Michel Favier demanded he be given the promotional price offered to him one full month earlier. We explained to several times that we were no longer offering that promotional price. When Jean-Michel Favier became abusive through denigrative accusations a 2nd time, we informed him that we could no longer communicate with him.

The watch was in excellent condition, however it’s storage box was badly damaged. Additionally, after making the purchase I discovered I could have purchased the same watch in brand new condition through Amazon at a lower price.
