Levi was polite and prompt in responding to my inquiry, and the watch arrived exactly as described, looking even better than expected. The price was right too. I just had one of the best purchasing experiences of my life at The Watch Outlet. Mark could not have been more helpful. I first saw the watch on Ebay. I live in a state with no sales tax. I decided to have the watch shipped to a different state where I was going to and that state had sales tax, which added nearly $200 to the price of the watch. Mark suggested that I buy the watch directly from The Watch Outlet instead of through Ebay. This was a much better deal for me and I appreciated his suggestion. He was kind and professional and I would not hesitate to buy a watch from The Watch Outlet again.

I was a little hesitant to purchase from The Watch Outlet because I wasn't sure if their products were as they described it. Often times you attempt to purchase an expensive item online and have reservations about the products authenticity, quality, and whether or not you will actually get the item. After speaking with a customer service representative who returned my call, I was convinced that this company is not only legitimate but their products are authentic and of high quality with great prices. Mark promptly returned my call, answered all my questions in a calm, courteous, professional manner that made me feel I was buying a Bugatti Veyron in Molsheim, France. The package came as he stated it would in two days, with all the certificates of authenticity, including the papers for the diamonds on the bezel. I received a follow up call after purchase and email after the arrival of my beautiful Parmigiani Tonda. I would highly recommend The Watch Outlet and will definitely buy from them again, their customer service, products and prices are "nonpareil, in spades."
