I was slightly apprehensive at first buying an expensive watch from an online retailer. I read the other reviews and decided to trust them. They were certainly true - my order was processed in rapid time, the communication from The Watch Directory on the delivery address and advice on insurance was brilliant. They made the shopping experience smooth, stressless, and even saved me money on the insurance I went with. Highly recommend The Watch Directory and would buy more watches from here in the future, especially as they undercut the high street prices.

I had need to contact The Watch Directory with a view to selling my Gents Omega De Ville wristwatch. I can only say what a joy it was dealing with Jonathan Brett. Throughout the whole process he was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and courteous in all my dealings with him and moreover he gave the best and most fair price compared to others I had contacted. Furthermore once the price was agreed Jonathan transferred the funds same day in full to my nominated bank account. I would strongly recommend both Jonathan and his company without hesitation.
