Total cheap nasty rubbish, bought a $450 6 person tent, it fell apart the first time it got used, complete rubbish, pathetic, this unprofessional circus just lost another large family of customers, better of shopping online overseas, you get better quality and better customer service, it might be a waiting process, but at least the product isn't cheap Nasty nz rubbish as this crappie store obviously can't afford good quality.

Last week at the warehouse I collected a basket and put 10 wine glasses in it off the back shelf.
At the checkout I asked for a box to put the wine glasses in it as they would not survive in a bag, plus they were going to Tutukaka.
I was told they had no boxes. I said you must be joking as most of their products come in boxes.
I can buy glass products anywhere in Whangarei including the Hospice shop and Salvation Army and they even wrap them.
I walked out leaving them on the counter.

Has the Warehouse service now gone down to this unbelievable lack of service??

Warehouse did it's job. Acknowledged my order and sent the goods. But why on earth upset customers by using useless NZ Post and leave us no choice in the matter?! Tracking is when you know where your parcel is at all times. Paid for item picked up 2 days ago as last info to customer is NOT tracking! Where is my parcel?!

I bought this bike about a month ago from Northland Wearhouse.
The bike was pretty good. I'm not a bike person but I actually liked the bike but the service was really bad, so I had to refund the bike.
I left my bike to the service at Northland Warehouse, actually I could have just turned the screw of Derailleur but I was trying to move Derailleur itself so anyway I took it back.

I left my bike key with the bike. I didn't think anybody at the warehouse would steel it.
A girl dealt with me lost my bike key, did not even say sorry just saying “key wasn’t there” I said am I lying then? Talked me like I am lying, did not listen to me at all. They did not even try to find it. And the girl said she took a picture of the bike but did not even show me just refund me. I said what about assembly fee she said “we are not gonna refund you $19 Assembly fee” So I just give $19 to warehouse for nothing and lost $22 new key for doing service at Northland Warehouse. Really no apologize Very bad attitude And the bike had black stain all over the bike after the service. When you do the service at Warehouse Northland be careful.
I'm not going back there again see my picture bike with the key. Will pay little more for the bike.

I was amazed ... and pleasantly surprised when I downloaded the Warehouse App. It allowed me to scan the bar code on the purchase docket and receive the docket on my cell phone. Good-on-you Warehouse! This is marvelous as we now have a permanent record of purchases. So far I have not succeeded in downloading it directly onto my computer but nonetheless very useful to have a clean tidy image to use. Till-tapes are notoriously 'fragile' and fade indiscriminately often unreadable by the time they are scanned for record keeping. Moreover this app apparently can also scan price ticket bar codes instore. I seldom feel the need to compliment a NZ business but WELL DONE!

Click and collect totally useless. Original order broken, replacement order cancelled by Warehouse because they couldn't find stock (I subsequently found stock on the local shelves), but email outlining refund seems to never have been sent as claimed. Can't refund online because I 'ordered in store'. NOPE!! I ordered online. Get it together Warehouse. Lucky it's such a small amount. More trouble than it's worth

Tried 5 days days at different times to contact The Warehouse Whangarei Waited ages each time before a message came telling me they were unable to take my call.
This company needs a serious shake-up

I ordered kids summer pool two weeks before in online and warehouse send an email two days after that my order picked up..I tracked my item in NZ post site and it shows pickup from sender..Its still remains the same..I contacted Warehouse customer team and they say some excuses. Yesterday I got an email regarding my purchase and warehouse asking for review on it..They are the scammer’s of NZ..Don’t buy anything in online from them..Real cheats..

Very Disappointing

I usually buy most of my consumables from the warehouse, however this purchase was very disappointing. After having the bike professionally assembled the very low quality was made very clear. When using the front brakes, the forks literally flex backwards, the frame is very flimsy, it is not even close to the frame size it says it is. The selectors are so cheap I will be surprised if they last a 6 months and over all the brakes are inadequate. I wouldn't reccomend this bike, especially for an adult. I'm not even sure if I will ride it as it's quality makes it unsafe to do so.. wasted purchase and will be considering other shops for other purchases as the customer service was zero when expressing my concerns.

Be aware of Warehouse click and collect if they have stock in the local store they will not provide it as it has to be sent from Auckland. They will then sell the stock in shop and leave you waiting for the delivery. Here is hoping it not 8 days later. No longer using warehouse click and collect, worse then delivery. They then will say ask the local store if they will give you the stock, this gets dismissed by them, then they ask you to Pm them on Facebook, and same outcome. Be careful they make you wait even when they have stock in store. Also when they had stock when purchased but sold out fast.

Easy ordering and delivery.
I needed to send a birthday card and present and the Napier store hand picked the card, wrote on it for me, even wrapped the present and hand delivered it.
I was so impressed, they went out of their way to please me.
Excellent customer service.

The Warehouse don't even deserve one star but to write a review I have to give one . If my brother was here RIP he would say. He wouldn't give the steam off his faeces . They destroyed any chance for me to have any Christmas . The online team who ever the are . They are a waist of food !

Two GREAT staff at The Warehouse, one in Bell Block Taranaki, the other at Sylvia Park Auckland.

This review is for two employees that went above and beyond with their service - BREI from the Bell Block branch in New Plymouth and ANTHONY with customer services at Sylvia Park, Auckland.

Both employees helped facilitate the transfer of a VERY, VERY hard to find outdoor seating set from Taranaki to Auckland. Their hard work is very much appreciated - well done guys!

Bought a console game and it didn’t work. Went back multiple times to try to get a refund but they were not interested.

Poor customer service…

This is the end of week 5 for waiting on a click and collect order. The TV I purchased has still not shown up. I'm pretty sure they don't want to honour there deal as the item was on sale when I purchased. Phone calls go straight to hold. Live Chat or facebook messages get met with an endless loop of incompetence but no answers, and no way of getting through to anyone who may have the clout to actually sort anything. Once this TV finally shows I will never have anything to do with this outfit again.

Don't shop at a business that is part of medical segregation. Their sales are down and now and so they are bringing in forced medical procedures on their staff, which will intern mean customers have to have the jab. Own body, own choice.
The jab does not protect you from getting, nor spreading it. It's efficacy diminish in time which will mean more jabs to keep your job. Stop supporting illegal mandates in business and shop small and local.

Terrible website and support options. Employees at the store wrongly billed me 3 times in 10 days.

Disgraceful customer service because there was no ability to call a store (rang out), 0800 number was 1 hr wait, online chat was turned off, emailed and auto reply said 6-10 days to get response! Such a big business, shame on you for letting customers down.
