I’ve placed a few orders from The Vet Store now and this was the first time I’ve had a problem. I placed my order, I received the initial shipping notification from the Post Office to say they were waiting to receive my order, then nothing for 7 days. I contacted The Vet Store using their chat function and Omar was very helpful and friendly, they realised that my order had been lost so immediately dispatched a new order using FedEx and it arrived less than 24 hours later which I really appreciated.

I have only just placed an order, yet to receive products . The staff, via email and the online chat,went out of their way to be helpful, prompt answering of questions, dealt with every query i had. The website is well laid out and easy to order from and if you need that extra help for whatever reason they are there every step of the way..I have now received the order so updating, delivery was good , can't fault the whole process from start to finish 10/10 and very competitive prices especially in comparison to veterinary charges for same items.

Paid for what I thought was a great price for a few items, 3-5 working day delivery. Day 5 I'm informed item is actually out of stock, (I wouldn't have ordered otherwise).After me chasing for an expected delivery date, then another delay. I've finally recieved my order but not yet used, to find out its the completely wrong item that has been delivered! So frustrating.
Awaiting response from business and I shall update my review accordingly.

I needed help when I should buy syringes for my cat, and Omar assisted me very quickly so I felt safer to buy my purchase. Normally I shop on their other website but the syringes I normally buy there were sold out. Thank you for your quick and kind help Omar. :-)

Quick and easy

Website difficult to use on a mobile device (iPhone). The chatbot feature gets in the way of the screen and you can't get rid of it. Shame you can't order over the phone if you are having technical issues.

I ordered the wrong product for my cat and Kala was quick to help me out. They understand that the way to keep their clients is to make sure they're happy.

What a great company to deal with! I have used The Vet Store more than once, and have been pleased every time! The prices are good, and they offer good delivery options. My orders have always been processed quickly, and received the next working day.
And their customer service is fantastic! Both on the phone and via their online chat option. So much more reliable than other companies I’ve dealt with. I will definitely be using them again!

I ordered a hand sanitiser dispenser and refills for the workplace just before leaving work yesterday expecting them to arrive in the estimated 3-5 working days. I was absolutely delighted to arrive this morning to find they had arrived, less than 16 hours after ordering. And during a national lockdown too. They were extremely well packaged and communication excellent by email with tracking updates.
This is the second time I have used this company and both times have been overwhelmed by their service. Will continue to use and so should anyone reading this.

Ordered some products from them and they had fast and efficient delivery! When chatting with the team they were really lovely and assured me on the great quality of the products (they weren’t wrong!). Love the personal touch of adding some chocolates in the order, definitely will be returning.

What can i say without doubt the most inefficient company ever , especially when it involves extra vet bills !!!!
Cocked up our order(syringes) in November which arrived ok it was not utill March after 5 expensive visits to the vets that they were not what we had ordered even though they looked the same to us. Then after phoning them pointing out there error they said i had sent wrong order even though the invoice from them recorded what i requsted.
Then as i needed my dogs syringes i stupidly ordered off them again only to get an email from Hermes telling me the parcel was in transit trouble was WRONG ADDRESS i spent 3+ hours trying to change it they both blamed the other but the store said they had spoken to Hermes . Got a email from Hermes today saying parcel delivered and signed for "To the wrong address" wonderful rang them and complained and want a refund . How bad can they be? NEVER AGAIN
