The Veg Box Company Omdömen 

The produce was great but I ordered and paid for next day delivery. The produce was delivered two days later than I was advised when ordering.

I have used The Veg Box Company on a number of occasions in the past, never had a problem. However, I ordered fruit, veg and a meat box on the 15/09/24, it was due to be delivered on 18/09/24 - it did not arrive as planned. I did contact the company by phone and they replaced the fruit and veg part of the order it arrived quite quickly. It is now over 3 weeks on and I still haven’t received the meat part of my original order. I have emailed and messaged to no avail, no response whatsoever, despite the promise to redeliver the meats ordered ( whilst on the phone, the one time they actually answered), this service is not acceptable, I can not afford to be out of pocket. This needs rectified asap - I have asked for my order to be sent or a refund.

I made an order on 16th august and it arrived with some issues, it wasn’t fresh. I sent an email and I was met with a response from Guy which seemed very nice with good customer service until the replacement he gave me never arrived when he said it would. I sent various emails which got ignored, then I finally got another back saying it’s being sent but I still haven’t received it and I’m being ignored again now, over a month later. I suggested “is a refund easier” rather than resending (I was trying to be considerate of the additional costs to them to resend) but I still got ignored. I have never had bad customer service with other veg companies, they always rectified issues in a timely manner and stuck to their word, so unfortunately i’ll go back to using those and i’ll completely avoid using the veg box now, which is a shame, but they’re not as good as they used to be and I won’t be recommending them again. If a company doesn’t have the time to tend and care to their customers then I don’t have time for them. If you want poor produce and poor customer service then this is the place for you. I’ve learned my lesson and it’s a shame I’ve had to leave a negative review rather than a positive one.

I ordered a veg box with a joint of meat and he got the veg boxes but no meat but you are usually very good and the quality is very good and I will tell my friends about your veg boxes I have also would like to know if they do a meat boxes if you do I would like a list please

Quality of order is always top notch. Delivery good.

Seven weeks ago I ordered a box for my friend who had a knee replacement. The courier reported order was refused although it was never delivered. I have told them 6 times they have the wrong postcode. On Thursday they apologised for delay. Gave a time for the new delivery. Guess what it didn’t arrive. This is a fresh product delivery what a DPD doing with the orders. This is diabolical !!!!

Box wasn't delivered. Contacted customer services by both email and phone but no reply so can't get our money back

Urgent. I have been phoning, emailing and every other way to contact you but nothing back. I have ordered 2 boxes including lean meat and paid for them but only one arrived to Paul in Guildford. I have not received my above box and its now August. This is the first problem I have had but no one has had the decency to even call me to let me know what has gone wrong. Sue Southampton

Items weren’t delivered on time, no response to emails, won’t use again

Box arrived on time thankyou.
4 bananas - only 1 edible, 3 were badly bruised & squishy, went in bin.
Carrots we're soft & big black spots on them. Description said seasonal veg, I didn't expect cauliflower & soft broccoli, did have tomatoes but no other salad veg sadly.
The other contents were lovely thanks.

I asked for my subscription to be cancelled via telephone, text and messenger. I was billed and sent a parcel anyway while I was in hospital. Disgraceful!

The order was later than requested but I was kept informed and the produce was very fresh and we'll protected

Arrived quickly. Some fruit was very fragile and needed eating quickly, otherwise all was fine
