Really great and friendly service. Was a really laid back experience where getting my car was made incredibly easy. They answered all my many questions and put me at ease. Can’t fault it at all! Thanks to Kelly for helping me find my first car! :)

I have to say trade centre Wales merthyr have been brilliant! We had to wait for my licence to come back which took a long time during Covid 19! I love a car up there and they actually kept it for the whole duration I had to wait for my licence . I had weekly check ins and emails with them trying to help me make the process faster! Finally got my licence today! And waiting to collect my car .. thank you so much trade centre merthyr brillant service so helpful

I was very happy with the way I was treated at tcw in Merthyr Tydfil. The staff there were very pleasent, they were all very careful with the covid precautions that were in place. Would recommend them to my friends .

Very good service and the young lady that looked after us was tuned in to what we wanted, she took notes of what we needed and then when we asked to be left to look around ourselves she said fine ill come back and help you more. Overall she was very helpful.....Excellent service

Have always used tradecentre to by my cars and we are always happy with what we have received the only thing that did bug me a bit this time was the short mot on my vehicle.
We did arrange for me to bring the car back and get a fresh mot but by my surprise had a phone with in a two hours telling me that I could mot the the car my end and send them the receipt for the total value of £35.00 there is no way In Bristol you could get an mot that cheap let alone if the mot fails feel a little fobbed off as the salesmen did say they would mot and sort any problems if the mot failed on my car.
Just goes to show all you care about is money and the customer isn’t looked after like you state typical car salesmen in my eyes would appreciate being contacted about this to get this matter dealt with to favour me instead of your company thanks

I went there with my daughter not really knowing what car I wanted. Colin the salesman managed to find me a car which I'm delighted with, entertain my daughter and put up with my indecision. The man deserves a medal.

We part-exchanged our car which still had finance on it for a newer more efficient model for us; the experience was easy and we came to an agreement which was perfect for us!
Our seller, Steph was an amazing help, couldn't do enough for us (however many times I changed my mind), she explained all we needed with a can do attitude, so a special thank you to her for making our experience so simple and pleasant.
