The Trade Centre Wales - Cardiff North Omdömen 

Paid a visit to abercynon branch for my wife to buy a car.
I went with her to offer advice on her choice.
On entering we met wayne who explained the "Deal Process" with labels on the car.
We also met Dean, who i believe is the floor manager (or equivalent) who we have had many pleasant dealings with over the years as this was our 6th visit/purchase.
So after our interaction with Wayne and agreed that we would take photo's of the cars and then come back to him with what we were interested in.
i had the feeling we were being followed by Wayne, almost felt like we were being stalked as every time i turned around he was there.
After being followed around outside, we came across a few cars that peaked our interest, we started one of the cars and there was an anomaly with that car that i didn't like and told Wayne that we were going to look around further to see something we liked, but he tried to push us towards a car that we at that point discounted, it was almost like he was more concerned about making a sale compared to US making the right purchase.
At this point i walked away stating to my wife that this guy was now "Pi**ing Me Off", i then spoke to the nice guy "Dean" and told him of my concerns over Wayne and this point we were left alone to carry on with our viewing, but he was still there but not as close as previously. At this point my wife came to a decision and drew the attention of Wayne/Dean to look further in to the car we chose.
So for some reason Wayne still insisted on speaking to me, even tho i told him on numerous occasions that my wife was the "Purchaser" and not me and i was there to advise, i think after about the 6th time of telling him, he got the message, personally to me i felt like he was being sexist in dealing with a Female.
After completing the paperwork we went to the finance department to sort out the finances of the car, we met a pleasant young lady, nikki, who went thru everything, went thru the sales patter for aftercare to which we politely declined, then she had the cheek to question us on our decision, if someone says "NO" then that is our right to and don't expect to questioned on our decisions, a lot of factors go in to that decision that i don't feel we have to answer to.
Our final department visit was to collections, who we got to me Dom, nice guy, cheeky chappy and down to earth, went thru the final process and took my wife out to her new purchase and made the end to our experience very pleasant.

Purchased a Peugeot 208 on a web sale unbelievable price paid so lucky i got this for my sons first car great sales team from start to finish and the hand over of my car was handled by Dom he was really professional and explained everything in detail sorted out tax and other details a very happy customer the Trade centre sales are real you just need to get here early and hopefully you will get your car too.

Went up last week, sat through hour plus of finance quotes, only for them to change the terms adding more additional money. Several days later give me a more satisfactory price over the phone. Again drove 45 minutes up there for them to then again drive the price up once I was there. Wouldn't waste your time.

Knowledgeable staff and comprehensive explanation when needed.

YOUSEF...... introduced him self as we walked in very polite and was great with me and my partner didn't feel pushed in to anything, answered my questions about the cars I was looking at and was honest and very professional. Real nice lad felt very comfortable around him .

MIA..... was absolutely awesome with us real nice girl and a very likeable women . Made us feel very comfortable in her office and was having a laugh and joke with us . Again felt very comfortable around her , explained everything making everything understandable.. just overall she was very professional and polite .

RHYS ........ yet again another sound lad he was great and polite , finalised my deal and passed the car on to me , did everything great explaining wise and going over paper work with me . Again felt very comfortable with him in the office , another one who was very professional at his job .

Absolute joke of a car store!! Said yes to a car on finace, signed forms, Sent deposit, car was moved out front ready for me to take it only for me to be waiting 8 hours to be told at the last minute they can’t give me the car. Absolutely livid. Do not go to this place staff was rude, keep you waiting hours with false advertising to then say no!!!! Shame on you!’

Matthew was fantastic throughout the process and his service was sublime. There were delays and minor issues, but nothing ever seemed like too much trouble and he was able to work through it fantastically.
