I had an issue with my subscription and…
I faced issues with my subscription and requested a refund. Customer support, especially Nela, was responsive and eventually processed the refund. However, I was asked to leave a positive review in exchange for the refund, which I found unusual. While my issue was resolved, I believe feedback should be voluntary and not linked to refunds.

C'est une grosse arnaque
C'est une grosse arnaque. On me fait du chantage pour que je mette un avis favorable avec 4 ou 5 étoiles sinon, je ne serai pas remboursée.
Je vais déposer un dossier de FRAUDE A LA CB pour qu'enfin les prélèvements intempestifs cessent.
C'est de l'intimidation... cela mérite même une plainte à la police pour faire cesser leurs magouilles...

Utilise l'interface d'une marque pour vous faire acheter un article à 2euros et vous mets en place un abonnement que vous ne pouvez annuler à part en mettant un avis positif sur trustpilot !!
Obligé de monter un dossier de fraude pour faire opposition à ma carte bancaire et des frais pour refaire une carte bancaire afin d'arrêter l'arnaque !!

Conclusion rien reçu et en plus prélèvement de 42.00 euros le 20/12 et 3/01 pour un soit disant abonnement à quoi??? qu'on m'explique???

Definitly a scam
Definitly a scam! Thankfully my credit card company has declined payment! I wanted to buy a garden storage box was too good to be true. I click to pay a message popped up telling me something was wrong with the payment card and they'll call to take payment. I knew i wouldnt even answer and definitely not give my details to them. Turns out they wanted me to pay for a recurring membership instead of the goods! Stay away from them. I have to yet call my credit card company to thank them. DON'T TRUST THEM
