I found the web site very informative in some ways but there could have been a little more detail of the taste, aroma and coloration of the different teas, also which are best for particular physical effects.

Excellent teas and service
The teas are exquisite and the presentation elegant . The quality of information on the site compliments very well the quality of the products. I am a very old customer and buying from them is always a very pleasant experience. Im happy they brought also Matcha , is one of the best I ever tasted. Decline in quality
I've been a loyal customer for about 4 years. But the quality of tea in my last two purchases has been terrible. The loose sencha tea has a lot of fine powder making it undrinkable and the chamomile was mostly dust with little intact chamomile flowers. I will be sharing pictures with the company as I am shocked by the quality.

Enjoyable loose Tea
I, personally, prefer loose tea.
The Ceylon Breakfast and the Red Bush tea both have large pieces of leaves without any dust, unlike any that I have purchase in supermarkets.
I have always found them to be helpful and courteous.
Delivery is speedy and the packaging keeps the tea fresh until I decant it into a Caddy.
