Zero customer service / Total loss in my case

First of all: I am a shoe collector. At the end of June last year (2024) I bought a pair of Clarks Wallabees. Until recently, they spent undrawn in the original packaging. Since these shoes probably have a production defect, the sole comes loose, even though I didn't even walk 10km in it. The shoes have absolutely no signs of wear on the upper material, only the crepe sole is now black at the bottom because I have worn them twice. I have opened a warranty case that has remained unanswered for 3 weeks. Obviously their Customer service just wants to ignore that. For me, the thing looks like this: defective goods are sold as new goods.

acquistato un paio di scarpe ma…

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe ma quando sono arrivate erano diciamo incomplete … li ho contattati per il reso e mi hanno chiesto come impostare il reso tutto per mail ma poi sono spariti e io non so come fare il reso … organizzazione pessima

Esperienza positiva

Esperienza in generale positiva, ottimi prodotti e spedizione veloce.

Unica nota negativa un po' di caos nella gestione della conferma dell'ordine: avevo fatto un acquisto, ricevendo mail di conferma. Il giorno dopo mi arriva una mail di annullamento perché il prodotto non era più disponibile. Acquisto quindi un altro prodotto, ma non posso usare più il codice sconto di benvenuto, perché era stato "usato" nell'acquisto annullato. Poco male, erano 3-4€, ma vedersi annullare l'ordine e perdere pure lo sconto, non è stato il massimo dell'esperienza.
