Avoid at all costs. Money taken for a iSUP that was in stock and should have been despatched the next business day and delivered within 5 business days. Other than the initial order confirmation I had no correspondence from the company, despite making contact by email and via the website multiple times. After 3 weeks of no news I escalated to my credit card company who are now dealing with it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!
Said in stock on website, took money and gave estimated delivery date not as next day as advertised but a few days later. After that date I chased as not delivered and they said there had been a problem so they had to cancel order and refund. Sent refund confirmation email on 7th stating up to 10 business days to refund but still nothing after the full time. The tracking data on my order number showed a shipment from Japan to Hong Kong to east Midlands to Gatwick to a DHL distribution centre but then nothing so I assume they order in bulk but take too many orders and are happy to disappoint people who were planning to use the product because it was still showing in stock on their website as they were telling me they didn't have any. And to add insult to injury, they are keeping my money for an excessive amount of time so I can't reorder with anyone else. They must have a lot of people's money sat in their accounts getting themselves interest while not answering emails about it. I would not order from them again for anything.
