I came in to buy a suite for my Father’s funeral
I came in to buy a suite for my father’s funeral back in March. As you can imagine the emotions going on while shopping. I was assisted by Ronnie Townes. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will only be purchasing my suites from him. His attention to detail is second to none. I was blown away by his customer service. I have to mention that I, a Detroit native live in Tampa, FL so you get an idea of how great Ronnie was for me to only want to buy suites from him. 100/10 service

Wow! I am impressed!!
I ordered a suit in the portly size as I am a complicated fit. This too didn’t suit my build, and was told I would be able to exchange it. There was a system error and nobody got back to me and the 30 days of the return window past. I contacted again and they graciously said they would make an exception, but the system still left it closed. When management reviewed the matter they immediately stepped in to make it right, even going far beyond to ensure that I was happy and taken care of. Amazing service, and I would always buy from the suit depot with confidence!

I was a custom clothier (made for measure) in a past life so the artcraft stitching, pure wool, Italian made suit was a change from what was out there. Blue 3 button (unexposed 3rd button) was not a tough order but a mainstay in every closet.
Fits great, a lot of compliments: it has been over a year since my purchase and I love it.
