Unfortunately, I also discovered that your request for additional assistance came through as part of your CSAT response, which meant we did not see it in time to respond. I'd be happy to help get this resolved for you. Could you please let me know if you would prefer a replacement in the next size up or a refund instead?
Also, could you let me know if the shirt is still in new condition with all of its original tags attached? This information will help me prioritize the best solution for you and get the process moving as quickly as possible.

Great selection
They have a really great selection and the service has always been top-notch. I have purchased several suits there, and I also take both of my adult aged sons there for suits, shirts and neckties. I highly recommend!

I was a little nervous buying a suit online without trying it on, but the sizing guide on the website is spot on. My Mazara suit arrived in three days and fits like it was made for me. I will definitely be ordering more.

The team there listened to what I was looking for and pulled a variety of options across all price points. Not only did they speak with me about my feelings on the suit, they also actively engaged my wife on her own thoughts an opinions. The person who finally took care of me and as extremely helpful and kind Before I was bounced around and a person told me that they had no suits for 239 the price all went up to 279. I told him it’s advertised as 239 and I already have it in an order I just didn’t pay yet he said well you are being misquoted I said it’s clear on the advertisement so he transferred me for the third time and that person was extremely helpful
